Great company, great people

Berger Home Services was easy to do business with. They did what they said they were going to do and they did it well. I would hire them again in a minute. My gutters look wonderful and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully.

I am very pleased with all aspects of the gutters; quality, installation and customer service. Berger was a little higher in cost than my other bids but I made the right decision in going with them.

Very prompt in getting an estimate and keeping in touch with me through the process until the job was completed. The employees are very courteous and professional.

The only thing I have to complain about is, they missed 2 appointments to install the gutters. It was a small job, but that should not matter. However I will use them again. Office staff did not seem to know much about what was going on with the scheduling.

Work was done in a short time

Berger quoted a fee to clean the gutters and all he did for the $225 fee was blow off the screens on the gutters. Took 25 minutes, said cleaning the gutters was a more expensive service. Terminated the relationship.

2 workers showed up on time and went right to work. They were very pleasant. In just short of 2.5 hours they were done. I would definitely recommend Berger Home Services to others.

They were quick to set up a time for the estimate and the same goes for the installation. There was some mis-communication between the salesman and the installers about where some of the gutters should be installed, however, the owner of the company personally called me once I informed them about the error. They not only got the gutters installed in the correct location, but they repaired the fascia boards to make sure everything looked great. Fantastic work and customer service!!

They installed gutters for me quickly and professionally. Their bid was a middle bid, but I liked their salesman, Vernon Felder was very nice. They also cleaned up their mess very well. Then after I had them installed, they emailed me about a Christmas discount (good one) on the covers for the gutters and I got that done as well. Very good work.
