He was a day late but he did call to let me know that he would not be coming. I have a problem with the price not being what he quoted on the phone. But I understand that my gutters were really really bad.

I received a bill for work that was not done. When I complained that I received a bill and work completion notice but the work was not done they apologized and came out to complete the work. When the work was actually done it was of good quality. The reason for the lower rating is that if I did not bother to check to see if the work was actually done, I would have paid for nothing.

The communication from requesting their service to the final phone call "how was everything and do not hesitate to call if something is not satisfactory". Very genuine and honest. Very prompt and on time. Knowledgeable about their scope of work. Did not leave a mess behind. I would highly recommend.

They sent an estimator out in a quick amount of time, they listened to what I had to say and they took care of it. And the job was completed within the specified time.

Not really sure about the value for the money as this was the first time I had this done. Customer service was great once I got a hold of them. Just wish they would have initiated more contact instead of me having to contact them. Great job once they came out. Felt very confident with them.

The Berger company was very professional from start to finish. the job that was done looks great and when it rained the gutters did there job. I am pleased with the whole process. When weather was okay to complete the installation the work was completed and took about 4 hours with just a two man crew. Their work so far was very quick given the soaked ground from the rain from the past week. Good solid work only time will tell how good the gutters are when it rains and pours. I would recommend this company for gutter installation and repair.

The estimator accidently left off the estimate on one side of the house. When the installer ( a very nice, very skilled man ) came out, he would not allow us to pay for the mistake. Now that is service! We have another gutter install later and we will have Berger Home Services out to do the job. The gutters are very high quality and look and function very well. The two men who came were professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROMPT RESPONSE TO THE WORK REQUEST. THEY HAD AN ESTIMATOR HERE WITHIN A DAY AND THEN SCHEDULED THE WORK WITHIN ANOTHER FEW DAYS. COMPLETED THE WORK AS PROMISED. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
