I want to take time to leave an updated review regarding my particularly noteworthy experience. Tom S. went above and beyond to proactively remediate the situation. This time, he sent competent handyman team with 6+ years of experience, to fix 5 issues previously left in various states of unsatisfactory conditions, which include: 1) fixing 28 soffit vents, this time with consistency in size, alignment, and no gap showing 2) painted flashing in front gable to match frieze board 3) adjusted a splash block so it would channel water from downspout properly 4) added a splash block to another downspout without charge, even though this item was not in the original price quote 5) fixed an exterior sconce inadvertently knocked out of place The work items were completed within 2 days and my expectations were fully satisfied. Indeed, Berger Home Services values customer satisfaction, clearly indicated by proactive problem solving instead of spouting more excuses. I applaud their efforts to fix problems as soon as they become aware of them. Job well done.
