When I called on 3/22/2021 i was told work was completed . (NOT TRUE ) It took a long time to schedule work. Sign the contract 3/1/2021 and they started installed 3/23/2021. Received e-mail 3/24/2021 indicating they would start work to be completed on 3/24/2021 but they had started install the day before. Installed Work was not completed as contracted. The Extreme insider miter and leaf buster pro full gutter guard system was not installed. Also noted water seems to remain inside gutter not fully draining out when water was put at end of gutter. When I call them I was inform that they would inform scheduling. I mention to them that I would pay them when the job was completed . I believe if notified as I had ask they might have saved them self a call back.

The product and service are acceptable but their customer service really sucks! They finished the job, no invoice was made nor delivered! They forgot to follow up for weeks, then they bombarded me with text messages emails, and many phone calls to complete the transaction! So, disorganized, clumsy, and annoying to work with them

Expensive. Old dirt was not completely removed from the gutter before the protection was installed. I was charged a total of $2300 for this service.

Berger cleaned my gutters on a two story house and then installed leaf guards. They were very prompt in getting me an estimate. They came out and did all the work in one day and my property was clean after the work was done. The only improvement might have been in scheduling the job. Once it was scheduled everything was fine but scheduling the job was a little confusing at times but nothing major.

I received an estimate only - no actual work on the fence was done. My personal opinion is that survey companies should slow down a little. I surveys early all the time. I hope and will gladly fill out the survey when work is actually done.
