Service is great.

We got them from Angie's List. They are just very good. They are very efficient and very professional. They are prompt and on time. We have never had a problem with them. Their price is reasonable and along the line of everybody else that we have talked to. They are not expensive but they are certainly not cheap either.

Eusebio impressed us with his experience and thorough knowledge of pool maintenance. He and his team were able to put our pool right and have kept it that way. In the 3 months since they started they have always been punctual per our agreed schedule. They are courteous, polite, and respectful of our pets. We feel fortunate to have found this company and believe we have finally found the last pool services company we will ever need to hire.

I would give them the highest grades on everything. They seem to be easy to deal with and discuss problems to keep everything working well.

They have been prompt and effecient and very professional.

They are very dependable, they are friendly, and they send the same people out every time; we’ve had the same people for three years and two houses. They know our pool, they know what they common problems are, and they don’t overcharge us or try to convince us to buy products or services that we don’t need.

They always show up on time. They know a lot about what they are doing. They will get you a bid back withing a week. I have used them for about three years and have had no problems with them.

We inherited this company from the previous owners. At first, they sent better workers, but lately two kids have been coming. We weren't too happy with them at first. They didn't seem to pay attention to detail and clean properly, but lately they've been getting better (over the past six months).

Pacific Pools and Service did a good job installing our pool. It looks really good and I was impressed that they didn't tear up my yard anymore than they had to. All the equipment seems to be holding up well. It was a little higher priced, but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for.

I never heard from them again. Not even a call to say, sorry we're too busy to handle your business. Nada.

THE OWNER IS VERY RESPECTFUL, HONEST, AND DEPENDABLE. I'M REALLY INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH PEOPLE WHO GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND HE'S A GREAT EXAMPLE OF SOMEONE I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, BECAUSE OF HIS COMPETENCE AND CHARACTER. YOU WON'T GO WRONG USING THIS COMPANY.

THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY MAINTAINS THE POOL AS IF IT WERE HIS OWN, COMING EVEN WHEN THE WEATHER IS BAD. HE IS VERY KIND AND CONSIDERATE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
