Before You Buy Inspection Services

BYBIS did an amazing job with our inspection! T.J. went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the home was reviewed, and found so many issues that we definitely did not catch ourselves and were not disclosed by the seller. We felt very prepared to negotiate the best price for the house, and his comprehensive report is a resource I'm sure we'll reference for many years to come as we learn more about our home. An inspection is not a "check the box" task when buying a home. It is worth it to seek out, and pay for an inspector who has your best interest at heart, and will take the time to provide you as much information as possible. Like with anything, you can find a cheap inspector who will "check the box", but there is tremendous value in finding a quality inspector who takes the time to do it right (and teach you along the way). TJ was definitely that kind of inspector.

TJ did an amazing job on our newly built home inspection. He took the time to inspect every section of the house both inside and out. He also made sure to check all equipment including outlets, appliances, lighting, heating and air-conditioning to confirm that everything meet current safely requirements. TJ then personally walked us through the entire house making sure to point out everything he noted and would adding to his report. Is final report was not only very detailed and thorough it included photos of everything he pointed out. This proved extremely helpful when we were going through our walkthrough with the construction manager to make sure everything was corrected before closing. He will definitely be hiring TJ again for our 11 month warranty inspection and I have already recommended him to friends.

From the time I placed the order the response time was excellent. I received the report back in hours not days or weeks. The inspector was very knowledgeable and professional. The inspection report was very detailed, and the pictures told the story. The inspector is well aware that the precise attention to the property is so important that he leaves no stone unturned. I hired TJ to help me perform a pre inspection before I put my home on the market. He was able to point out and catch a lot of issues that I was able to fix. This ended up saving me a ton of money when my sale went through. He was very detailed and explained that he saw and needed to get fixed or changed. He also ended up helping me with some car issues I was having. He's a great guy and I highly recommend him and his company.

TJ was a great decision for my home inspection. After looking around and seeing how long other inspector took to complete the job compared to TJ I knew he was the one to go with especially after talking to him. He showed us around after he inspected the house and pointed everything out to us he went to great detail and spent a lot of time to make sure we knew everything about the house. If you want a person who will tell you everything from the small minor things to the extremely big ones I would use TJ when deciding who to use on performing a home inspection.

He accommodated an inspection appointment at the last minute on a Sunday and followed through as he said he would. He took the time to distill the comprehensive inspection information he found in understandable, layman's terms, and offered reassurance as well as practical advice. All this added to the fact my spouse and I are living out of state and are purchasing in Texas so he provided these services remotely and collaborated with our realtor. Needless to say, T.J. has earned his 5 star review!
