I was very happy with this family run business. Any problems that arose were handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Beau and his crew have helped me with a number of electrical projects over the past couple years. I keep going back to them for all electrical needs because: - Beau knows his stuff. There are never unpleasant surprises. - Very creative. If I explain the problem + the goal they figure out a way to get it done, and also anticipate other needs. For example, when I hired them to wire the backyard for landscape lights with an automatic timer, I didn't anticipate wanting to control the lights from inside the house, but they suggested that would be an easy add-on. Now it's hard for me to imagine it not having been installed with that capability. - Prices are very reasonable. I'm partial to using smaller family run businesses because I don't want to pay for the built-in overhead to cover salespeople, receptionists, fancy trucks, etc. If that business model is what you're looking for, this is your company. - Beau is very responsive and a good listener. He always calls me back same day and patiently listens to me describe the issue. He asks questions, clarifies project scope, recommends alternatives, etc.

I had these guys replace a ceiling fan in my living room which has a cathedral ceiling and a very severe angle. The first ceiling fan I bought did not work as it could not hang straight down with as severe an angle as my ceiling has...so down comes the new fan and I run to the store to get another. They guys educate me on the issue and explain what I should look for. I find one that says it fits over 45 degree angle so up the ladder again to install this one...same problem. They worked on the mount to see if we could adjust something to make it work but nothing would work. So...back up the ladder to put up the old fan. After some research I found THE ONE maker who has fans that fit severely sloped ceilings and once it was delivered, the team came back out and up the ladder to install it. Throughout this entire experience they were troubleshooting the issue and trying to find any way that we could make this work with my ceiling, and in the end they only charged me a minimal service fee to come back out (again) and install the third fan, which worked beautifully. These guys really took the time to help me get this done. BTW - the fan maker that has fans for steeply sloped ceilings is Quorum sold by Del Mar Designs and the trick is the 1/2 inch diameter down rod
