+ -1 moreIt went great!! First I found out about BeCool by asking my neighbors online Next Door for their recommendations. We received glowing recommendations for BeCool. We got an excellent analysis of what we might need from their super representative, ordered a new air conditioning system, got it installed on time by courteous, knowledgeable specialists. We are getting superior cooling from our new system during this very hot summer and even purchased an ongoing annual maintenance plan from them. We felt price very reasonable for system size, SEER and a top brand. Installed new programmable thermostats too. One more thing..since our components of our system was in the attic, BeCool technicians covered our carpets with plastic and left everything neat when they were finished.

Beau and his team were there when I needed someone to come and service my ac system Every other company was 2-3 weeks out, Be Cool came out within a few days. He was very professional. He knew exactly how to fix my issues with my unit and his prices were very reasonable. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need He gave me some suggestions on how to make my unit more efficient.

Description of Work: Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They always come to our rescue! They were referred to me by my sister when my AC wasn't blowing as cool as it should. They came out the same day as my call. The problem was just freon! They added Freon and were on their way....no sales pitch, no added on problems! Recently my AC unit stopped around Midnight. I left a message via their website around 8am, they were at my house before 9:30 am! He fixed the AC before knocking on the door!!! No hassle, HONEST, DEPENDABLE, friendly and professional service!!!
