Very well. Baseline, John Stange, was great. As a Realtor since 1993, I am very picky about inspectors and found him to be very knowledgeable about the house (as it was built in 1902) and extremely thorough. Baseline was very to easy to contact and set up the inspection. Confirmation and reminder calls were wonderful. The inspector was courteous and very knowledgeable. One does not necessarily want the least expensive but we look for an inspector who will find the problems and know the severity of problems found so he can relay to the buyer.
