+ -1 moreI have a spa heater which has been releasing metals (copper at 2.9) into my spa ever since it was installed a year ago. Vendor said it was my fault and I've been putting all kinds of chemicals in it with no luck. Called Barry's and he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me and gave me several things to try without suggesting a service call or trying to sell me anything. I was amazed at his understanding of water chemistry and the time he took while asking nothing in return. I'll be back when I do need service!
Description of Work: I called, thinking I'd set up an appointment. Instead, he just walked me through some things to try and charged me nothing.

Description of Work: They replaced a switch on a jacuzzi bathtub. I had previously called out 3-4 others, but all said they could not fix it...I think because the switch was very difficult to get to.

+ -1 moreCalled on monday, can not get a time set. Called on Tuesday again, said may come afternoon. Tecnician did came afternoon. But It takes about 3 hr. for him to get a pump price which I can find in 5 min online at much lower price. Other than that, the work is well done.
Description of Work: Had a pool pump replaced.
