 + -1 moreI contacted this NW Houston appraiser with a question about an appraisal on an estate I recently inherited. There are some some potentially very valuable items of ALL types. I was very careful to contact the service provider email on Angie's List. To date, 10/21/2009, I've received NO response of ANY sort. I don't consider that professional. I go to Angie's list in order to get information that I believe is trustworthy. I patronize small businesses with integrity, and dedication to service. That's how the economy grows - through small business. I guess my potential business with this company is not worth their time to follow up on a request. Overall, for lack of responsiveness, (which is a strong indicator of integrity and service), I have to rate them "F". However, I will happily write a positive rating if they respond to my report! Everyone deserves a second chance!
