+ -1 moreSamsung dryer stopped working, but we had the extended coverage with Home Depot. Bammel was contacted by Home Depot to service the unit. They forgot about the appointment at the agreeded on day and time. After several days, a repairman looked at the unit. He only had one screwdriver in his pocket.......no other tools. He took the unit apart, looked at it, then said he needed to do some “research”. After multiple days and no response other than “we are researching thr problem”, we called Home Depot and requested another company. Word of caution, find another company to conduct appliance repairs.
