+ -1 moreMR. BALMACEDA HAS SERVICED BOTH OUR AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING SYSTEMS AND WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED. HE IS ALWAYS POLITE, CONSIDERATE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT TELLING US WHAT IS HAPPENING. WE WOULD NOT HESITATE ONE MINUTE IN RECOMMENDING HIM TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: CHANGED COMPRESSOR OUTSIDE ON ONE CALL. THEN ON ANOTHER, HE CHANGED THE THERMOSTAT AND REPLACED HEATING THERMOCOUPLER BOARD.
