+ 0 moreThey responded quickly to my call and came out to look over everything for an estimate. We have a very small pie shape lot with most of the back yard, about 80%, being a deck. The estimate was high for our little yard and I had to haggle just to get him to come down a bit. During a visit I asked them to cut back a large leafy bush, instead they took my large lime tree! The two are on completely different sides of the back yard. When I called to ask where my tree went, the guy didn't know. He did finally agree to replace my tree. However, my large lime tree that had dozens of limes was replaced with a whimpy LEMON tree with no fruit at all. Again I called and complained, to no avail. To this day it hasn't made a thing. I called the office and cancelled my service. They continued to come. I again called and cancelled. And still they came once more. Before I could call again I received a letter in the mail stating that my account was past due. This is 2 months after calling the first time. Luckily I had the date, time and who I spoke to. I ignored the letter thinking they may be a month behind on their paperwork. The next month I got a red past due letter stating they would be turning me over to a collection agency. Once again I called but this time I asked to speak to the owner. After explaining the story he continued to tell me I owed the money. It wasn't until I informed him that I had the date, time and who I spoke to documented and if he wanted to turn me over to collections he would be speaking to my attorney...he back down. He stated he would look into it and call me back. I haven't heard from them since. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

+ -1 moreOur grass, flowers and trees are doing well. They will mulch if and when we ask them to for a bit of extra pay. They come regularly and on time, and we feel they're professional and polite. We have no complaints about the work they do.
Description of Work: The workers mow, weed, blow leaves and do other basic yard maintenance tasks when asked.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT EARLY TO CUT THE GRASS. CLEARED THE TREE BRANCHES OFF THE TOP OF THE HOUSE. I WAS VERY PLEASED.
