When I initially called I left a message with a receptionist she told me a sales rep would call me back. After two days I called back when I hadn't heard from them. I let the receptionist know I wanted to hear from the sales rep that day. By end of day I still hadn't received a call back. If their customer service is this poor on the sales front I could only imagine how bad it would be after install. If you want a responsive and respectable AV install call the Audio Video Guys or Relative Home Systems. Don't waste your time with Aveon.
Description of Work: I called to get an install of home theater and stereo.

They adapted to our schedule and were very cooperative
Description of Work: We added a home stereo and audio system and Dick and Robert both were very professional and patient in convincing us that it was simple and even we could fathom the system...I think they are right. We added stereo sound and speakers throughout the house which were all controlled by a single controller. It seems simple enough for even us. We added three new HD TV units and stereo sound with our selected disc's.
