 + -1 morePaid for 8 TV installs plus a surround bar install received 6 TV installs and no surround bar install and no wire concealment. Will not respond to emails, texts or phone calls. UPDATE: I have been using Adam and his crew for several years and have always been pleased with their services. However this last install was a little bumpy due to some staff issues. I have had all my issues resolved and we're all good now.
