+ -1 moreThey could have done better on the pricing. I wasn't very happy with the pricing, but I didn't figure that out until later. The salesperson I had didn't listen to me, so I had to keep repeating stuff over and over and it was tiring.

+ -1 moreI used to love going to this shop when they were Champion, but since they changed to autonation their service is going down hill. I.e. last time it took them 3 hours to give me a quote for a bulb replacement! Even though, I went with a previously made appointment. After giving them many chances to redeem themselves i finally decided that i am not going back.

+ -1 moreMaking the online appointment was the first problem because finding their website by googling the business was a bit confusing. The first time I made an online appointment I got a couple confirmation emails and a frecorded phone message. The second time I got nothing to confirm my appointment.
Description of Work: My issue is with the waiting room area provided to customers while their vehicles are being serviced. It is very ugly, outdated and uncomfortable. Also, although they advertise free internet while you wait, it has not worked for me either time I was there. There are free water bottles and cokies, but the cookies are awful! And, inspite of making an online appointment and me being early, they still took almost an hour to change my oil. Their customer service person told me that the dealership is building and moving into a nearby site in Oct. so, maybe their waiting room will be more attractive and less junked up with all the cards, wind chimes, and other unrelated crap that nobody ever buys collecting dust.

+ -1 moreI've always been happy with their service. The service writer that I've worked with for a long time isn't there anymore so that's a little disappointing to me because I really liked him. He gave great advice and saved me a lot of money over the years. The overall service has been good though and I'm about to call for them to pick up my truck for service as well.

Description of Work: having just moved here took car in for oil change. completed scheduling over internet. had a hard time finding, gettting to place, then they didnt have my appt. was quoted that it would take 2.5 -3 hrs for oil change. received ride back from polite,gentlemanly driver but took scenic route by the time i arrived back to my home my vehicle was done. price typical of dealership

+ -1 moreThis is the second vehicle we have purchased from Champion for two reasons: they have competitive prices and their sales staff is professional and very easy to work with. We had never special ordered a car before and there was a six-week wait period. However, Ryan offered us a good price, stayed in touch both by phone and e-mail and did a great job in the final sale/delivery meeting. And he's made a follow-up call since the purchase to make sure we are still happy with the Sienna (we are). We would shop Champion again.
Description of Work: We recently purchased a 2008 Sienna mini-van from Champion. We were looking for the tow package option which was not available on the vehicles in inventory in area dealerships. After shopping around, we decided to put a special order in for a LE model with Champion. Ryan Albritton, our sales advisor, helped us in choosing option packages and gave us a competitive price for the Sienna.

+ -1 moreWish they had let us just take the car instead of riding along on all of the test drives (had this privilege at other dealerships). Negotiation for price was a bit time consuming, but the financing department-AWFUL! We had asked when we decided we were going to negotiate for the car if they would please go ahead and get someone started on the financing because we had to go pick my mom up from the airport (of course they promised they would). When we finally get to financing, they hadn't done a thing. Then, they had the audacity to offer us an interest rate that was twice what we were expecting (both of us have very good to excellent credit). We had asked them to PLEASE not play games, but NO-they went so far as to let us get in our old car, drive out of the parking space before they came chasing us with a sales manager who just 'had to have' our business. We went ahead and bought the car, but am still going to set a timer for 1 hour next time and walk out with or without a car.
