Automatic Gates & Fencing of Texas

Poorly, William did the initial installation and shortly after parts started to malfunction needing replaced. William totally neglected us for months and would not return phone calls. ALL HOMEOWNERS were stuck inside the premises with no way to exit one weekend. William nor son would returned our emergency calls for help, resulting in us having to call the FIRE DEPARTMENT to pull the emergency key and release the gate. Monies paid up front for the replacement and repairs took months to get him to refund our money. William was very anxious to get the initial job but once he did, he was unresponsive and arrogant. We do NOT recommend this company.

I called William 2 days before Thanksgiving. He indicated that he would come out and fix the gate within the next few days. I heard from him the following Monday and he called and said that due to the holiday he was behind schedule. He showed up 30 minutes later and repaired the gate, adjusted the opener and replace the batteries. The gate works like new.
