replacement windows
+ -1 moreBought a new house with these windows installed. Warranty on the windows had expired (one year). The windows have been nothing but a pain since day I moved in (three years ago) and now I'm facing having to replace multiple windows in a 5 year old house. I realize this isn't an issue of customer service or with the company directly, but be warned, I truly believe they are selling an inferior product.
Description of Work: Builder's dream...home owner's nightmare. Windows look terrible after only a few years. Weather stripping has had to be replaced and is still coming out, opening mechanisms are breaking, and windows don't stay open. Only windows still in decent shape are fixed, non-moving. Would not buy from this company if you want functional windows long term.

+ -1 moreThey measured two incorrectly, but they ended up fixing it for me. The installer was excellent and was on time. I had to call them a few more times than I thought I should have, but they did take care of everything.
Description of Work: They replaced 7 windows for me.

+ -1 moreChampion Window did a real good job on my windows. I try to do as much as I can myself however these windows were just to big. These guys had made the job look so easy. They were on time and were very clean as they left no mess behind. The windows look great. They were very professional and did the windows in a timely fashion.

+ -1 moreChampion is not one of the better window companies here in the area. The windows we had put in were done terribly. Some of the panes were put in backwards somehow & that is just inexcusable. Then they had to come back out to fix the problems & damaged some of the frames & woodwork around the windows also. So we just washed our hands of Champion & went elsewhere to get it all taken care of.
Description of Work: Champion Window installed all of the windows in our home.
