Atlas Auto Glass Paint & Body

I have actually used Atlas Auto Glass three times and plan to use them in the future, whenever I have a need. Their prices are generally the best and I have always been able to get an appointment, often the same day I call.

Excellent, good price and work was done in about 45 minutes at the Atlas location while I waited in the restaurant right across the road. Very satisfied. This is the 2nd time I have used the company. The first time was for a windshield for a Honda Civic that was carried out on my home driveway and was also good price and very well done.

Replacement windshield went well. Had to get a new EZ tag sticker, but would have had to do that anyway.

They quoted the prices over the phone and the same day, I went to their shop and had the work done. They were very easy to work with and did an excellent job at a good price.

Incident happened Friday night/Saturday morning. They were able to get me in on Saturday, but I ended up going to them on Monday after checking around for price and availability. Price-wise they were the best deal. Dropped my car off on Monday, grabbed a lunch and it was done when they said it would be, about 1.5 hours. There was a super heavy rain storm a few days later and no leaking. They were friendly, answered any questions and didn't try to up-sale (my windshield is in need of being replaced), but will definitely be back.

They were able to get me in immediately and replaced a shattered window in under and hour. Excellent service, price was guaranteed, and work done quickly within the same day.

I took my car in to get the windshield replaced. I had a large crack that was preventing the vehicle from passing inspection. It took about 1.5 hours which is exactly how long they told me. There are plenty of restaurants or shops within walking distance so it was easy to grab lunch and kill time. The replacement looks perfect, if the old one hadn't have had the crack I would not even know it wasn't the original. They also took great care when removing the registration and inspection stickers, as well as the eztag. They put everything back in place and it looks like new. The last time I had my windshield replaced by a different company, they destroyed my eztag and I had to buy a new one. I would definitely come back and recommend Atlas for windshield replacement. $20 Angie's List coupon was also a nice bonus.

Good fast service

He's courteous, he did took long to do the job and the job he did is a perfect job. I didn't have problems or leaks with my back windows. Everything was looking great. The price was really good.

We had a crack in our RV wind shield. He told us if the crack was longer than a dollar bill he could not repair it. It was 10 inches long. We would call them again.

Atlas was recommended to us by a friend and we were not disappointed. We called at 4 pm on a Saturday, following a car break in. They had the glass in stock and promised to get us fixed up before they closed for the evening. They were courteous, pricing was very fair, and they got us in and out before they closed, as promised. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They were fast and inexpensive. I don't remember the exact cost but it was cheaper than others. I was able to claim with my insurance too. I was pleased with everything about their service.

This company is dishonest, does terrible repair work, and refuses to respond to complaints. They were nice to talk to at first, but after that everything was a disaster. Even my insurance company couldn't get them to respond for requests for information regarding the parts they installed - which were not the same year as my car and consequently didn't fit correctly. I was stuck with their shoddy repair and my car has never been the same since. I have never experienced such disdain for customer service.

I have used Atlas in the past but this time called around first to price it. This was a waste of time, I should have just called Atlas. They beat everyone else's price by $100, had the window in stock and could take me right away to get repaired. They are the best!

We could not recommend these folks. They seem like nice people and they were priced the same as others but they did very poor work. They made a poor seal on installation. The windshield whistled at 50 MPH and leaked badly in the rain. They took two hours longer than promised to complete the work because they ordered the wrong windshield even after I made a point of telling them what to order. They left large deep grooves in my paint when they took off the old windshield with a screwdriver. They forgot to put my toll tag and compass back on after they installed the glass. They left black glue all over my car. When we complained, they fixed the leak but just did a sloppy job of painting the scratches. They did not remove the black glue stains. Instead they painted over them (poorly)
