The first home we were purchasing went as far as completing down to getting the keys but, because the realty company handling the home didn't do their research when they advertised the home caused us a lot of money out and having to remove the property off the market. No keys :( and no income for our realtor. Hank has been by our side through all of these trials and has a smile on his face and started the search all over again! Thank you Hank! Description of Work: Being new to the area and searching for a new home, my husband contacted Mr. Hank Molenaar at Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate. Hank has worked extremely hard these last 5+ months in locating the perfect home for us regarding our needs and what we're expecting. Hank has assisted with numerous home viewing's over the last 5+ months with a lot of insight, knowledge and past experience which has helped in locating our perfect home. Hank is very open minded, has fresh ideas and has wonderful insight regarding what a customer is searching for. Hank not only researches potential homes on his own to show, he makes the additional arrangements for the homes we locate and want to view. Hanks manages his work time extremely above and beyond with much sacrifice regarding his family time. A balance that is extremely valuable to us.
