ATEX AIR

I called an air conditioning company the day before and although they said they would come by, they never did or call to say they would not. The next day I called another and he was supposed to come by at 11AM. Both of these companies were from the yellow pages. At 1PM I looked at angie's list and contacted Airtex Air. They said they could be by no later than 4PM. They arrived at 3. As stated above they went directly to the unit. Identified the problem immediately, quoted an amount to repair, left to get the part, returned and installed it., washed off both units, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They educated me on some steps to take to minimize future problems and left after checking the freon and informing me that it was not required. I really enjoyed working with the two individuals. I look forward to calling them if I have problems in the future.

John and Kenneth were here about 2 hours. They were courteous and seemed to do a thorough job. John obviously has years of experience and knowledge. I plan to do a better job of maintaining the system by calling them at the beginning of the heating season. I feel that the price was fair considering the amount of work that needed to be done.

I can always count on Atex when it comes to my furnace, hot water heater, and air conditioning unit. The timely service they provide is like no other, and the prices are as low as can be for good quality work. The serviceman did a couple of minor repairs on the hot water heater, but then it later went bad, and I had to have it replaced. I got a great, cost efficient unit from them, and they did a wonderful job of getting it installed for me.
