Assist-2-Sell

The gentleman's name is Greg Stubblefield and he owns the company. I went to an open house and he was the agent at the open house. Then he followed up with me and that's how we worked directly with him. He handled both sales for me. We paid a flat rate of $2900.00 for him to sell our house and we paid him three percent of the house we purchased. He was just great. He was just really super patient and very helpful. He didn't harass me and was not pushy at all. Anytime I called him, he was willing to show me a house or he would call me to show me houses. I worked with him for seven months. We couldn't find a house. We looked at a lot of houses. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had been meeting the need of sales and was able to help me with everything. He was just really good.
