Before cleaning carpet I always let the customer know what I believe the expectation of cleaning will be based on age of carpet and wear patterns. Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s carpet was over 15 years old, white and had a significant wear pattern in major traffic areas. I informed him that based on my experience his carpet may not improve significantly. He agreed to have it cleaned anyway. After cleaning a small area he asked me to stop and that he would pay me for my time. I charged my minimum of 125 and left. I wish I could please everyone.

Description of Work: I have used As You Like It Carpet Care, for many years. Over time, they have cleaned several area rugs, hall runners and furniture. Always beautifully done. Most recently, they cleaned and repaired a 9x12 rug with a loop pile, nearly destroyed by my cat. Ron managed to restore it for several more years of use. Ron is professional, timely and trustworthy.
