As You Like It Carpet Care

The As You Like It people were professional and courteous. We had 3 rugs that needed quite a lot of cleaning. One was a light colored living room rug that was dirty and another was a rug the cat uses under the litter tray/cat area (enough said). All three rugs came back looking like new.

I called Ron at about 11:00 AM and he came to the house at 12:40 PM. He was a few minutes early which was fine by me. I showed him the paint stain and the products I had used to clean the carpet. He suggested rather than replace the carpet, to try and clean it. The area looks pretty good right now and is drying. He told me if more blue comes up during the drying process to call him and he would come out again. He informed me the type of carpet I have is difficult to replace and look good so cleaning was the better way to go. So far so good. He was prompt, informative and professional. I appreciated his quick response. I also showed him some tile for cleaning and he told me the problem was not so much the grout but the grout job. Again I appreciated his honesty. He was not just trying to get a one time shot at my business. I will definitely use him in the future.

I had a very good experience with As You Like It Carpet Care. He was very professional when I had to change our planned cleaning data a second time. We had the interior of our house painted and were not ready on the original date. We moved the date to the next Friday. The team of two arrived on time and moved the furniture and other items to make sure they cleaned as much of the carpet as possible. They even worked with the kids in the house, so I didn't have to leave while they were cleaning. I found only one area that was missed after they left behind a bedside table in a back bedroom. I was impressed with the area cleaned and the finished look of my carpet. I was very pleased with the experience and plan to bring the company back for some carpet repair.

Technician arrived on time and set up his equipment as expected. Was very courteous and performed the services in an expedited but clean manner. One thing I noticed is that he was very detailed on the stair case. He used his machine to clean the vertical and horizontal parts of the staircase and went over it a 3-4 times each. Very detailed. Also, happily accepted the 15% Angies List coupon!

I called Ron and set up an appointment for him to come and stretch and clean my living room and dining room. Once he arrived, I decided to include the steps going upstairs. He and his assistant were very professional and courteous. Upon completion, the job performed was excellent. I will be having more work done in the near future, and I definitely will be calling them. They go the extra mile to give customer satisfaction.

Service provided same day as my quote. Cleaner showed up on time only 2 hours after I placed the call and was very professional courteous. Did a thorough job cleaning the carpets in our 2 BR rental house. Actual price was $20 more than quote which is reasonable, very competitive rates. Very happy with our experience with them!

I called to get an estimate and then scheduled the appointment. Ron showed up on time, a few minutes early actually and he and his assistant (Jeremy, I think) went right to work. I showed him all the areas to be cleaned and they immediately got started. The carpet cleaning went very quickly. The couch and loveseat took a little longer because it is more detailed work. The carpets looked great and even felt softer than before. The couch and loveseat looked like new and the area rug looked great too. Overall, the quality of work was outstanding and the service was friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends.

They’ve been conscientious, timely, kind, thorough, and have done a good job. They’re careful with spots and moving furniture. They’re reasonable however, a bit more expensive than others, but they were recommended to me and I trust them. I will continue to do business with him.

Ron was prompt to return my call regarding an estimate and was very helpful during that call. He called the day before the scheduled cleaning to confirm the date and time. The cleaning crew arrived on time and was effecient, professional and courteous while at my home. Furniture was moved to clean under and behind, and then replaced exactly as it was. My carpets look like new and I highly recommend their services.

Ron did a great job, he and a helper showed up at the appointed time. Carpets never looked better. They were punctual, courteous, and did the work promised

Ron Mink gave me a quote over the phone with the understanding that the quote could change based on the room measurements. Most of the rooms in this house are larger than average so I anticipated the final cost to be above the quote. Ron called me prior to arriving at the house. He was ahead of schedule and I wasn't there when he arrived. He was willing to sit and wait for me and I appreciated that. Upon entering the home, he inspected the carpets and measured the rooms. The final agreed cost was drawn up. He did not deviate from his original square foot quote. He did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. I would definitely contract him again.

Had no problem contacting him and scheduled cleaning for the following week. He called to postpone it because severe storms were predicted and he doesn't like to clean carpets in the rain. He brings in hoses from his truck so the door needs to remain open throughout the process. We set the date for the next week. He showed up on time and after seeing the areas to be cleaned, quoted me the same price he had given me over the phone. He did an excellent job and told me if spots came back within 30 days he would redo that area. I was very pleased with the work and will definitely use him again.

I found "As you like it Carpet Care" on Angies list. We have never used the site before now. We have been transferred to the Dallas area and needed to have the carpets restretched and several rooms cleaned. We found Ron, I called and set up an appointment for an estimate. We agreed on a price which included a discount for finding him on Angies list. We set the time for work to be done. Ron was here before the time agreed upon. I hate to be late myself so I appreciated his arrival time. The work was done quickly without reducing the quality of his work. We are VERY VERY PLEASED!!!! I would use him again with no hesitation. I ask for several of his cards to give to neighbors and to also leave for the new owner, so they would know who took care of the house to keep it looking like a model home. One thing he ask us to do was to move the smaller items out of the rooms. I wondered why and figured that way he did not have to spend time being a mover and could then spend that time cleaning my carpet. What a wonderful company to work with. There are so many companies that do not do the job as you would do it yourself. Well not to worry, Ron did!!

Initiated request for carpet stretching services through Angie's list and was contacted within 24 hours by the owner, Ron Minli. Ron came out, scoped the job, quoted a price and set-up an appt. On the day of service, his staff arrived on time and got right to work.. We are very satisfied with the quality of work, price, responsiveness and professionalism of Ron and his team. Wonderful. They arrived as scheduled and walked with us through the house to see what we wanted done. They explained the different steps of what they were going to do and then got started. They were very thorough and everything looks like new again.This is our second time to use this company and we will use them again.

Ron responded immediately to call and gave estimate over the phone. Was prompt and professional. Worked very quickly and efficiently. First they stretched all the carpet, then professionally steam cleaned it. After finishing with the carpet they cleaned the ceramic tile and grout on the first floor. Left the house for a few hours to allow the floors to dry. When I returned, the tile looked new, grout was back to original color, and carpet look wonderful. Will definitely use them again.

I have been using As You Like It for years (before I knew about Angie's List) for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. The price listed is for carpet cleaning of entire upstairs (3 bdrms, game room & hallway), stairs, and 2 rooms downstairs. Upholstery adds on to price depending on what is cleaned. One particular time I called Ron was after our dog vomited on our sofa. I tried to get it out myself but the odor remained and it was not pleasant. Ron did not promise he could get the odor out but he definitely worked hard at cleaning that sofa. And he did manage to get the odor out! I was thrilled because the other option was to buy a new sofa. The cost of that service was $140 which is the normal charge for cleaning a large sofa. I definitely recommend this service.

Ron's two guys completed their work well and quickly. This is the second time I've purchased carpet from Ron. The previous time was August of 2010 when I bought $1,823.00 of new carpet from him and had his crew install that in my living room area. They moved all the furniture out and after installation of the carpet moved all furniture back into place at that time for me. They've also done some carpet stretching and some concrete floor patching for me so I've been very pleased.

They were marvelous. The guy was great. He was very personable. He did the best job than any carpet cleaner I have ever had. He was very easy to work with. He did a super job. The price was good. It took a week or so to get him here. He was here on time. I would use him tomorrow.

Overall I"m very pleased with the results, not the cheapest but satisfied with the work.

My new puppy chewed a red ornament on my white living room carpet and the red dye got all over the carpet. I called As you Like It Carpet Care and they came out very quickly. They were professional, courteous and punctual. Most importantly, they got all of the stains out. They even found more stains than I was aware of. Ron did a great job and I would definitely use this company again.

They fit us in there schedule and did a wonderful job.

This was a very good experience. Ron and his helper showed up on time, explained the process and went to work. Had over 500 sq feet of carpet stretched and cleaned. Came out very nice. Will use them again.

The actually price was almost twice the estimate given over the phone, but worth it.
