Description of Work: Called the listed company and never received a return call. The local number was in service and I left a message that was never returned. The franchise number from Houston, TX did not pick up and there was no answering service.

 + -1 moreThe sales person, Joe Tritz, seemed a little flaky at first, because he wrote the wrong day for the estimate appointment. However, once he came out, he was thorough and friendly. Joe's estimated price, was half of what other similar companies were charging. The demo and installation was completed by Chase and Ryan. These guys did an incredible job with the demo and the installation. They were extremely professional and clean. They completed the whole job, in 2 days and the fireplace looks great.
Description of Work: Demo the existing fireplace mantle, and hearth, and installed a precast concrete fireplace surround, with mantle and hearth.
