ART AND SHOWCASE FLOORING

More than a year ago, Art & Showcase Flooring installed new carpet in our home. It had some glitches (poorly wrapped on staircases, sloppy edges here and there) but I was glad to have it done. I'd had the carpets less than a year when I began to notice wrinkles here and there. I started calling and then Ike hit; the company told me they were swamped and would call me back. Now the whole carpet, in every room, looks like it's rolling. I'm concerned that they may have used the wrong pad or something. I have called, visited with them in person, etc. They make promises, but NO ONE has ever done anything about this. And now, because it's been more than a year, I will have to PAY to have the wrinkles removed. Be careful when hiring these people.
