Arris Shoe Repair

I'm still shaken from the worst experience ever. I have never been treated so badly. The owner yelled at me an started a screaming match with me, after he couldn't find my shoes and blamed me for not coming in to pick them up. I told him I called several times, and left messages and no one called me back. I also told him the women I left them with said she would call me, and she never did. He wouldn't listen to me, and kept repeating the 30 day policy and blaming me for their inability to locate my shoes. After a long search and finally locating the shoes in the back (wrong ticket was the issue), he acted like he was still going to fix the shoes. I told him I did not want them to work on my shoes, after the way he treated me. He started a screaming match, and was very hurtful and rude. He said I was a negative customer, and he didn't need negative customers. I was only defending myself from verbal abuse, and was physically shaken from what I felt as being verbally attacked. I would not want ANYONE to experience this awful behavior. Please save yourself and do not go to this store!

I did not use this company. I have never heard of this co. I had to put something in ratings to submit. Please have a review that has a place to put " I did not use". Thank you.

They were able to replace a zipper pull that I hadn't been able to fix for years. I couldn't find anyone else to do it. While it took three weeks because they had to find a pull, it works well and I was happy to wait. I thought it was overpriced considering that it was just a pull, but I don't have any idea how to value this service.

Service was friendly and it took about a week. I thought the price was reasonable and I am happy with the results. Dropping another pair off today. I do recommend keeping up with your ticket, it will make the pick up much smoother. Especially when you are dropping something off as common as black dress shoes or boots.

Overall this was a surprisingly good experience.

It went very well. The drop off was easy, as was pick up. I thought it was a little pricey, but other than that, a great experience.

The service took 2 weeks, but my bag looked great when I received it. The price was also much better than competitors (I went to 4 other places who either could not do the work, could not guantee the work, or were crazy expensive). I will absolutley use Arris again!

I was greeted by the owner of this small shoe repair shop. He examined the three pairs of shoes I brought in and gave an estimate to repair two pairs. He felt the third pair was not worth the cost of the needed repairs. I know have two pairs of dress shoes that have been resoled and look like new.
