Ares Electrical

Called them to install 2 attic fans. Quoted $185 in writing in text message. Now on the morning of the installation, I get a call saying it will be $120 more per fan!!! I took my morning off for installation and now had to cancel it. Don't do business with this people. Had to leave one star as I could not take it out.

Alberto and helper installed a 50A inlet box, interlock and an additional breaker to my fuse panel for emergency generator power, something we need here in the Houston area. They were punctual, did a great job and walked me through the process at the end, making sure everything was working properly between the generator, the cord, the inlet box, the interlock and the fuse panel. All for a reasonable price.

Absolutely excellent in every way possible from start to finish. Scheduling an appointment was easy with super fast communication and transparent pricing (which was very reasonable). Once there, Alberto was not only very efficient but knowledgeable and even educated me on what he was doing. It is nice to see someone who takes such pride in their work. This is a very honest company and I was very pleased with the work done. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends and look forward to hiring them again soon for other projects I need.

The tech arrived on time and installed the ceiling fan much quicker than I expected. He did an excellent job and explained exactly what features the fan came with; something I was unaware of. The job was done professionally, and I am very pleased with the work that was done. I Would definitely hire Ares electrical again.

I hired this company for fans installation but one of the fan was making noise. I wanted to make a payment but they started threatening me that they will report me. Now they are not answering my call and I want to resolve the issue.

Mr. Ariel came in and quickly installed the ceiling fan and cleaned up the work area. He was kind and cordial when my little girl asked questions, while he was installing the fan.

The SP started the job but he was never able to make it work the cameras he was working with. He created damaged in the wall by pulling wires off.

I received a text message shortly after opening my project for the ceiling fan installation on Saturday evening. I responded Sunday morning and the service was started Sunday afternoon at an agreed upon price. The electrician came out and completed the job in no time.

Electrician was very informative and explained everything he was doing. He showed me everything he was doing to conclude what the issue was. He was professional and polite. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Mr. Almarales, was prompt, courteous, and professional. He actually arrived 15 minutes early. He also allowed me to go back to the store to purchase a new light fixture because the store sold me a defective device. I am planning to change more fixtures and would rehire him.

Alberto and his brother are honest, transparent and incredibly hard working. They will not stop until your issue is completely resolved. They never over charge you or suggest expensive replacements if existing parts can be reasonablly repaired. I highly recommend this contractor.
