+ -1 moreOn Thursday November 2, 2006, I called to set up an appointment for a service call to one of the town homes that we manage. It was set up for Saturday November 4, 2006 between 10 and 11am. I gave the appliance people the address and the tenants phone number. He also had our company phone number. On Saturday, our tenant waited and waited for as long as he could, but the appliance people did not call either number, nor did they show up. We had to get another person to do the repairs. This was a big inconvenience for the tenant as well as for us. As of today Wednesday, November 8, 2006, we have not heard from Arctic Appliance company.
Description of Work: The appliance people did not show up, nor did they call.

+ -1 moreCame to our house within 30 minutes of call on a Saturday. The repairman was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our refrigerator could not be fixed, but he worked on it for about an hour and only charged the service call fee.
Description of Work: We had an electrical problem with our refrigerator. The problem was in an inaccessible area of the electronics. He attempted to work around it, but it could not be done.

+ -1 moreGEORGE CAME WITHIN ONE HOUR OF MY CALL ON MONDAY MORNING. HE HAD THE WASHER FIXED WITHIN 30 MINUTES. I WILL RECOMMEND HIS WORK TO OTHERS. IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST REPAIR EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD IN 40 YEARS OF HOUSEHOLD OWNERSHIP.
Description of Work: MY WASHER REFUSED TO SPIN OR AGITATE. GEORGE CAME OUT AND FIXED IT.

+ -1 moreGEORGE DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR A SUNDAY VISIT. HE CAME QUICKLY, MADE A QUICK DIAGNOSIS AND HAD THE PART AVAILABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: WASHING MACHINE QUIT WHILE FILLED WITH CLOTHES AND WATER. GEORGE FETEA CAME OUT AND DIAGNOSED PROBLEM AND REPAIRED SWITCH.
