Excellent job from start to finish. The gate itself is commercial grade. Very sturdy and well anchored. Jason was very professional and easy to work with. Everything went as promised. Highly recommend.

Jason Richardson came to the house to obtain the quantities and specifics on the fence and gate, and sent us an estimate in a few days. Their estimate was comparable with two others we received. We told them to proceed and Jason said the installation would take place in about three weeks. Jason confirmed the installation date. The crew arrived around 11 AM and began removing the existing fence. An existing lawn sprinkler pipe was damaged during demolition, which they repaired. They began installation of the new posts and fence panels which were welded to the posts. Some field painting and touch up was completed onsite after welding. The fence panels were completed, the gate was installed including a keyed lock. The installation of the 45 +/- feet of fence and gate was completed around 6 PM.

The gate was ready in TWO weeks, installed in two days. It looks great, it was best price and service. I like Jason and his ability to work with your style of home. I like the workers, they work hard and do a great job. Thank you Jason and team...we are VERY HAPPY!!!

This was our third project with Architectural Fabricators, and ,as expected, the job went very well. Jason is easy to work with; responsive to the customer and worked well with the General Contractor that was on site at the time. Would definitely recommend Architectural Fabricators to others for similar work.

The crew of two showed up right on time, setup quickly and went right to work. They cut the gate hinges off the existing post, pulled it with their mini skid steer, welded on about a 3' extension, and primed and repainted the post. They could not use the drilling attachment to the skid steer to deepen the post hole because a sprinkler line was in the way, so they hand dug the post hole to fit the longer pole (about 5'). The crew then set and plumbed the post, and filled the hole up with concrete (about 5 bags). They then leveled the gate to the new post, welded the hinges back in place, and primed and painted everything. The crew cleaned up the driveway, loaded up and left. I let the concrete setup for a day with the gate sitting on blocks, then removed the blocks and reconnected the opener. Good and done. The crew was friendly and professional.

They don't respond or call until I had to call them back. Still have not heard from them from the last call. I guess they are to busy.

Excellent experience. Jason (Owner) was very quick responding to our initial inquiry. He listened to what we were looking for, showed us a lot of pictures of his work, took measurements, and followed up with detailed designs. The work was done very professionally, by very skilled workers. The fence, gates and pergola are beautiful.

I have called a few service providers from Angie's List. Jason came on time and give a fair quote. I took me a while to decide to choose from him and another provider. Well, I am glad I made the decision. Luis who came to install the arm are very proficient. They did a great job by cutting the lock from existing gate, repaired one of the post, re-prime the iron fence. The gate looks new and functioned well.

Jason initially stared working with us this summer and did a wonderful job on our backyard fence,a locking pedestrian gate and a privacy cover for our AC units. The quality was outstanding and Jason's crew was efficient and respectful. We brought the crew back again this winter to install a driveway gate and additional pedestrian gate and some back porch stairs. Once again the work was great and loved his crew. Super fast, efficient and professional. We have had so many compliments and a number of neighbors ask for referrals. I'm already having Jason bid out another project for us. Will def work with them again!!

Amazing service. Came to my house and performed troubleshooting on the gates the next morning after initial contact. Recommended change of batteries, which I could do myself. Did this service visit free of charge. Took me 1 hour to change and the gate is back in full function. I am very happy with quick and accurate service support!

The "bottom line" with respect to details related to our experience with Jason and his company is quite simple and direct. As an owner of many homes over the past forty years, which required interaction with a large number of contractors representing all trade classifications, no single encounter provided a higher degree of satisfaction than our experience with Jason. There are a number of complimentary words applicable to our experience, however, Jason's exceptional attention to detail was most impressive. This attribute is a refection of his experience and, more importantly, a personal dedication to total client satisfaction.

They provided a full estimate before the work explaining the work in detail including pictures. When notified of acceptance of their services they showed up that day to start the work. They first installed the electrical line to the gate from an outlet in my kitchen. They cut a wire to another outlet when drilling the hole causing 3 electrical outlets to fail. They fully troubleshooted, found the problem and corrected. They even did drywall work. They then dug holes, cemented-in the poles, and then attached the gate. During the welding, my electrical breaker kept on tripping from the welding machine electrical draw. We managed to get through it. The work was completed in 2 days. Excellent work and am very pleased with their work. They even hauled off my old wrought iron gate! Jason, the main contact was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Will recommend to anyone. My hats off to architectural Fabricators!

He was awesome. He's the only one who actually did a great job. He did an awesome job. The quality of work was far better than any contractor we've ever used. It's straight and leveled. He figured it all out. He fixed the part that's higher. There was an area where our dog can get out and so he put extra iron work in there so the dog could not get out. Everything he did is good. We looked through pictures and references and they were all good. Everyone was happy with him. We liked all the gates we saw. He was our best contractor ever. He stayed with what was exactly quoted. He was very professional. It took them a couple of days to do the job because they had to let it set and they had to paint it.

We had Jason build a wrought iron fence for our newly purchased townhome in the Montrose area. We are on a corner and wanted a side garden that was secure and pretty. Jason's firm was one of three that we had do estimates. Because he was the first company to do the estimate, he gave us insights into just what we needed, what could be done, and what would be the best for our project. We felt like special customers to Jason and were very pleased with his work. We decided to not use the pre-fab wrought iron panels, but had Jason fabricate them for us. It worked great. Instead of having step down panels on an area of the yard that has a slight slope to the sidewalk, Jason fabricated the panels to be longer on the bottom so that the top of the fence remains level all around the yard, and there are no spaces at the bottom of the fence. He also had to contend with a tree that could possibly be in the way. He did the fabrication in two steps just so he could see how the slope and the tree were going to be effected by the first panels. And he was able to get the job completed before Thanksgiving when we had company coming in from out of town. We had not expected that! His crew was very neat and cleaned up after themselves each day. Jason stopped by at least once a day to check in on them. Neighbors think our fence is the prettiest around and so do we. His price was not the cheapest price, but we feel the quality and beauty of the fence is well worth the difference.

This company relies on professionalism from the owner, Jason, all the way down to Luis, Carlos & Brenda. What can I say that hasn't already been said about this company. I communicated with 3 other fence companies & none of them came across as well as Jason, The wrought iron gates look terrific & the installation was flawless. This will be my go to guy for any fence, driveway gates.

Could not have been more pleased with the service. The owner drove out to take a look at the gate before providing the estimate. Very easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly.

On July 7th of 2008 I engaged the services of R&R Fence & Gate and in the years since have lost countless hours in email correspondence attempting to get the gate installed. Initially hurricane Ike intervened to create an understandable delay, but in years following -- though Eduardo remained in contact and I had complete confidence he would at some point "come through" -- nothing materialized. I was wary (which is ridiculous to base any expectation on the one poor "gate" experience I'd had) to engage another fabricator having spent time and money (oh yes, a deposit had been given) with no results. NOTHING could be further from the truth as Jason first responded virtually immediately to my inquiry, then came by within 24 hours to look at the space needing a gate and take dimensions, discuss our needs and desires. He returned a draft of a the proposed design within a week and the gate was fabricated AND installed within a month. I am so incredibly happy that I gave up on the first provider and engaged Jason and Architectural Fabricators for several reasons, not the least of which is the speedy and professional service! I got the gate I desired, the one Eduardo told me he could make, the one I ran all over town to steel distributors to find the forms. Having seen and admired a gate on a home in a neighboring community that was about 40 years old, it was my "pinnacle" and Jason made it happen. It looks fantastic and contributes so much to the curb appeal of our home that it's beyond my ability to express it properly. I'm so excited and thrilled and after all these years we're now enjoying the privacy and security we've been missing. Can I say more? Yes: Jason is a joy to work with and the product Architectural Fabricators produces is exquisite.

Over the course of the project, we requested several changes which Jason accommodated, and was very responsive to questions and requests. Jason's crew tore down our old wooden fence, replaced it while working around several old and large trees . They installed a tricky new rolling gate which required some creative design, and installed two new iron gates. Overall, we are very pleased with the end results

Jason Richardson responded to my initial request for a quote and worked with me throughout the entire process. This was my first iron fence and driveway gate, and I asked a lot of questions. Jason did a nice job of working with me to understand my needs and responded with a fence and gate layout that worked well for my application. I received a full quote from another supplier. During the contract discussion phase, Jason was willing to work with me on details of the job, such as the electrical hookup and keypad installation. This was a nice touch and made his company easier to work with and a better value. I had a new driveway installed prior to the fence and gate. Jason did a nice job of communicating with my concrete contractor to provide dimensions needed for the concrete pad which was poured for the driveway gate. After the installation, Jason spent time with me to explain the operation of the gate and answered all of my questions. He also responded very quickly when I called him the day after installation. He came to the property to make a minor adjustment to one of the settings which I really appreciated. My new fence and gate look great and I am very happy with the whole experience.

I cannot say enough positive comments here to show my appreciation for the extraordinary job done by Architectural Fabricators. This is not a fence, it is a piece of art. Jason was prompt to provide a bid, made great suggestions along the way to address our sloping corner lot and was on site every day to make sure things were going well. The installers worked diligently and addressed our little problem areas with professionalism. There was constant communication and feedback. We could not be happier with our fence. It is not only functional for our needs but it is absolutely beautiful! I recommend Jason for any fencing needs you may have as he will handle the project with the utmost care and respect for your property. My gate latch was inoperative due to a brick column shifting outward. Jason sent a worker a few hours after I called him to repair the latch. The quality of the work was excellent. The worker was skilled and courteous.

Jason and his crew installed an automatic driveway gate and roughly 10 feet of fencing for us. When I first contacted Jason about the work, he responded to my e-mail within 5 minutes and came out that same day to take measurements and submit his bid. He provided several examples of his designs, and we went back and forth a few times before we settled on a design. Once we received approval from our HOA it was only a matter of days before they were onsite installing our gate. His crew did a fantastic job, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them. Overall, we are thrilled with the work they performed and the manner in which they performed it.

Jason and his team of workers were competitive on price (his bid was the most attractive and beat out a number of competitors) and completed a large fencing project (including installation of an electronic gate) diligently and with impressive attention to detail. The quality of work was first class on both the wood and the iron fencing. The one issue (relating to a misaligned gate) was fixed immediately and to the high standard the rest of the work received. Jason was proactive, provided suggestions, and worked with us on any custom deviations from the plan without any fuss. His workers worked in adverse weather conditions and were very courteous, knowledgable and professional. This was a large project (20,000 sqft lot with no previous fencing), and we were thrilled with the end result. We would recommend Jason to all of our friends and family without hesitation. He even fixed the electronic gate at our old property that was damaged by a car free of charge.

This is our second experience with Architectural Fabricators. They installed the gate opener a year ago, and now they installed a magnetic lock on the gate and also welded back a piece of gate that fell off. They were on time, pleasant to deal with, reasonably priced, we would hire them again.

We have used Architectural Fabricators on numerous projects and the results are always exceptional. We set-up a meeting, he shows up and his guys are out quickly upon our acceptance of the proposal. Super solid contractor that we will continue to do business with. A+++
