This Pluming company misrepresented their prices and the services they provide. I telephoned the owners and the mother said she would have her son call. I called the son and he quoted me a trip charge of $69.50 only to come out and look at the units. I told him I had three levels in the home and each level had a unit. He never told me it would cost $125.00 per unit to diagnose. When he came to my home, he said he usually charge $125.00 per unit to diagnose but he would only charge me $125.00. He suggested that I could only pay the trip charge and not have the units diagnosed. I left work to meet him and it would be a waste of my time to not know the problems with the units. He said I had a leak based only on his visual diagnosis. He asks me for a bottle of water and poured over the units inside the home. Ridiculous leak test that proved I only had units that needed cleaning. I will not recommend them because they misrepresented their price and services to come and diagnose the units. I paid them $69.50 trip charge and $125.00 diagnosis. The check was cashed immediately. The mother’s response was she do not get involved in her children’s affairs. She offered no resolution to the misrepresentation of their prices and services.

We have a company that helps us and it’s called ARC. Home Depot sent them to me. They are very, very old company. They actually doing really good. They answer immediately anything I ask them. They come quick. They are good. They do a good job. They clean everything. They show to me in the attic, they designed different, they show to me more space. They doing good job, really good. The person came here, I remember, he came to do the estimate and we showed him everything we want. He was excellent. He said he works for many years with that company, actually I think he said he’s the manager or something, he was incredible and we was very happy. And exactly what he explained to us, they come in and they do the job so we was very happy with that service. Very good, nice people, very serious, I don’t have any, actually you know what they do too because they have to. This house is three floors so the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors are kind of a little narrow so they do some kind of scratches, they come in and they fix everything. I called the lady and sent somebody and they do it really good job. Actually better, they paint all the walls. They help us a lot because they said they looking for the most approximately, but they paint the whole wall so the lady said you don’t have to see the difference. They do a really good job. I hope no, because my unit is new, but if I need for someplace else or just gave a recommendation, I gave it to them because they do a really good job. Actually, two days ago I just hear a little noise and I called them. They come in the next day, immediately they check everything. They doing what they have to do so they have responsibility what they do. I don’t recall exactly, maybe 4 or 5 persons came to complete the job because they wanted to do it in the same day, so they bring everything. They have to take turn off the unit we have upstairs so they replace everything. So, it was kind of 5 guys I think. They do a great job. They install in the attic everything so good and they showed to me, they gave more space in the attic. They do a good job cleaning up after themselves. The first impression was really good, because what I said to the person came here was somebody who really know about air conditioning and he really know everything. He explained everything very professionally and my husband and I we immediately say this is the right people because we have 2 estimates too. I like to do that because I like to select the best in everything. The impression and the price and the professionalism is very important to me to give you the job.
