All went fine. They removed the tree within about 2 hours.

It went like clockwork. I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism, punctuality and communication.

The estimator was on time and gave me a reasonable estimate to do the work. I was not home when the work was done, so can't comment on the crew directly, however the work was done as specified. Everything was done expertly, they left absolutely zero residual behind; not even wood chips! I would definitely use Arbor Care again.

We had an issue with a very large Oak tree. They came out and told us what the problem was. I really like the work they do with the pruning. We've been very happy with Arbor Care, the clean up extremely well, not a twig left when they leave. Highly recommended.

Very punctual and professional, both consult and the two separate services. All completed within 2 weeks of first contact. Trimming crew responsive to my preferences. Trees look great. Clean up was perfect.

Trimming of the trees was excellent. They cut the lower branches, we waited to see how high the canopy rose (less weight means other branches will lift up) and then we made other adjustments or left alone. Overall cost was ok but treating trees and trimming them is not inexpensive in general.

After calling to schedule an appointment, Mr. Scott came over a couple of days later at the scheduled time. We looked at the leaning tree first and he stated that it was unfortunately dying and would need to be removed. We then looked at the tree growing up through our Pomegranate tree. I stressed that I was hoping they could remove the hackberry tree without damaging the Pomegranate and he stated that that shouldn't be a problem. Mr. Scott then said that he would need a couple of minutes to write up an estimate but first wanted to let me know that they were currently very busy so, it would probably be five weeks before they could do the removal. I said that would be fine and he quickly wrote up the estimate. Five weeks later to the date the removal team of three guys showed up at the scheduled time and got right to work. It was great to see them using safety harnesses and even greater to see them using ropes to lower the larger branches and trunk instead of just letting them drop. They were able to save the Pomegranate tree from any harm and did a really nice job of clearing all of the debris from both trees. Added note, both calls I made to their office, first to schedule the work and then to make the payment upon completion were very pleasant and friendly.

Went as planned as usual with one exception. A large limb fell un-intentionally on a portion of wrought iron fence and damaged it severely. The company provided temporary fencing and repaired like new. I always wonder how well a company will handle situations like mine. This company handled it 100% correctly. I have used this Company for several years, and I always have gotten prompt and excellent service as well as quality expert advise at a fair price.

Services were excellent. Jesse provided a diagram and quote of the work to be performed. They arrived within the timeframe he had anticipated and there wasn't a trace of evidence left behind (other than the missing rotting branch).

I called Arbor Care after reading reviews on all the other companies. I have a few Oak trees that seem to be in a state of gradual decline and show signs of infestation. J.T. O'Keane showed up a few minutes early for the appointment. He inspected all of the trees and explained everything that is going on with the trees in great detail. He recommended a list of things that I could do that would improve the health of all of the trees. I followed the instructions and the trees look much better. He offerred to give me an estimate for any service that I want Arbor Care to do. He is very professional, knowlegeable and I highly recommend him.

I had an okay experience with them. I've used them in the past. They are certified arborists. I lot of tree service companies are not. Their price is okay. The quality is excellent.

The crew arrived on time and had the necessary equipment. They knew what they were doing so started working immediately. They picked up everything that had fallen in my yard and the neighbor's yard and hauled off with them. I was very pleased with the service.

They are great. The gentleman, Craig, who came out, went above and beyond and didn't try an up sale me. He actually came over at 8 in the morning to pull my tree. Craig went above and beyond and was very honest. He does a good job. He is an arborist, not just a tree trimmer. He is very knowledgeable. The price was fine.

They were really responsive and helpful. Got the work done and came back and did some other work and included it in the price.

I've used Arbor Care for several years now at two of my homes and they are responsive, fairly priced, and do a great job. When I call, JT remembers my home and the details of what I like done. I highly recommend them.

The work was completed as promised. Care was taken to insure that my wife's flower beds and our sprinkler system were not damaged. The workmen cleaned up the residue as asked and raked the lawn to remove all large wood chips. As far as cost: I took several bids, Everyone else wanted at least $150 more for the tree removal, The first individual on site, who supplied the estimate, is a certified arborist. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me a lot of additional information about trees for no charge.

Arbor Care called the day before to confirm 8:30 arrival. Crew showed up early about 8:15. Trees were limbed and trimmed by 9:15. Another excellent job by Arbor Care.

I was very pleased with the work they preformed. They came when they said the would. Did exactly what was discussed and quoted. Cleaned up so well you would never have known they did any work.

Jesse with Arbor Care came out and gave me a quote to take down a ~ 35' Oak Tree next to my house with branches over the roof and pool. Normally I would have dropped it myself but I didn't want it crashing down into my yard tearing up my newly planted sod. Jesse showed up on time and gave me my free quote. He also took time to look over and offer opinions on my other trees. The crew showed up on time and had the tree limbed and down in no time. All were professional, had the best equipment available (trust me I own several saws), and had proper safety equipment. Clean up was quick and thorough. The only reason for a "B" in Quality is I asked they piecemeal the trunk down to prevent damaging the sod but I had gone inside for a minute and I felt they dropped the trunk a little early leaving some compaction in the yard but thats just me being picky. Overall an excellent job with good customer service. Jesse was back out yesterday to give me a new quote on trimming the oak in my front yard and trimming the Red Oak and Water Oak in my back yard. I didn't make it home in time but he went ahead and looked everything over, called me to discuss options, and had the quote in my email in less than 30 mins. On top of that he actually told me not to waste money trimming the tree in the front yard as it didn't need it and was in good shape as it was. That level of professionalism is difficult to find these days and why they will be back to do the trimming in a few weeks. I know some people feel ArborCare is costly and it can take time but realize a couple things. 1 - I have my own saws and usually do my own trimming and firewood cutting. However I realize they have a level of expertise way beyond my own and I utilize them when its past my skill level. Running a saw is tough labor on the ground and there is no way I'm climbing up in a tree or on top of a house with one for that reason. Professionals cost money plain and simple. 2 - They are certified, insured, and licensed. Ive used a nonlicensed or insured "tree company" before and I watched them..cussing the entire time wishing I had not. For the two reasons above I have no reason what so ever paying their quoted prices which I feel are reasonable...and CHEAPER than the fly-by-night companies.

Made an appointment for their Arborist, Jesse Harvey, to come out to review situation and to make recommendations for a replacement tree. Finding that tree was dead made arrangements for Arbor Care to come out and remove tree and grind stump. Tree was approximately 20 - 25 feet tall with a diameter of 10-12". Tree removal crew came out on time and quickly and safely removed the tree. All members of crew had personal protection safety gear (glasses, hard hat, ear protection and gloves). Very professional. Clean up all debris. The stump removal crew came a couple of days later and performed the job in the same manner as the tree removal. Replacing the tree will not be done until the winter.

They came on time and were very fast at getting the work completed. Once they were finished they made sure to clean everything up. I was satisfied with the way they explained the process to me.
