they never responded to website request for estimate for tree removal. if a company has a website with an estimate request option - IT SHOULD WORK AND THEY SHOULD RESPOND. I will very probably NOT use this company in the future.

They are excellent. They had an arborist give a quote and plan.

TERRIBLE. THE COMPANY SENT AN INEXPERIENCED TEAM TO CUT DOWN THE TREE. THE GUY WHO CUT THE TREE DOWN EITHER DIDN'T CUT A LARGE ENOUGH WEDGE OUT OF THE SIDE OF THE TREE AWAY FROM THE HOUSE OR THE TREE WAS ALREADY LEANING TOO FAR IN THE DIRECTION OF THE HOUSE. IF THE LATTER WAS THE CASE, HE NEEDED TO CUT AWAY LIMBS ON THE HOUSE SIDE OF THE TREE TO CHANGE THE WAY IT WOULD FALL. HE APPARANTLY FAILED TO DO ONE OR THE OTHER OR BOTH. IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, TWO MEN WITH RELATIVELY SHORT ROPES WERE STANDING ON THE STREET SIDE OF HOUSE IN ORDER TO KEEP IT FROM FALLING WHERE IT ENDED UP,I.E., INTO THE FRONT OF MY HOUSE. WHEN THE TREE BEGAN TO FALL TOWARDS THE HOUSE, THEY DROPPED THEIR ROPES AND LEFT THE AREA. THE NET RESULT OF ALL THIS IS THAT THE TREE DAMAGED THE GUTTER AND THE PAINT ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE. THE GUTTER PLUS IT'S DOWN SPOUTS HAD TO BE REPLACED. HOME EXTERIOR SYSTEMS PERFORMED ALL THE REPAIRS NECESSARY AND DID AN EXCELLANT JOB. TO THEIR CREDIT, ARBOR CARE PAID FOR ALL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT EXPENSES, NO QUESTIONS ASK. I WOULD SEND A PICTURE, BUT I TOOK IT WITH AN APPLE IPHONE AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO TRANSFER IT TO THIS COMPUTER.

I forgot to tell them that I was a member of Angie's List. The tree removal was $810 and the stump grinding was $275. They were good,

It went wonderful. They arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up when finished.

We went on and hired them and I did get a check from Angie's List for $50 for having them out. They did a very good job, they worked hard. I'm not satisfied with one of the trees. But, Neville, the guy that came out is supposed to come back. He says he is going to do one thing and he doesn't do it. So that part of it, I don't like. But the actual physical laborers and the trees that they did take care of, we were very satisfied with it. They cut one tree down and hauled it off. The next day, another person came out and fertilized one of the trees and we're still waiting to hear from the stump grinding people. We haven't heard anything from them. Neville was supposed to look into that too. We didn't get a contract that was in English. We got a contract that wasn't in Spanish and wasn't in English. We kept being told that they would get us one and they didn't do it. The price was reasonable. The quality of service was good. The tree trimmers themselves were very professional. I would give that part an 'A.' But the sales person was slipping up. I liked him as a person. He gave a good pitch, but he didn't do the follow through.

Was not oversold, very knowledgeable. I appreciate not being oversold or even a hard sale on a service. Professional and knowledgeable.

Arborist looked at trees as requested and made recommendation that damaged tree be removed before it falls across the driveway. Half of tree was dead and rotted.

The crew was efficient. They were here for 5 hours, and cleaned up well afterwards. Two neighbors liked the work, and requested the phone number to have the arborist evaluated trees on their properties. We were pleased with the knowledge and professionalism.

They were prompt, professional and very responsive to all my questions. You do not realize the detail necessary to care for large trees and small ones newly planted and having professionals who can give to the point details makes it easier.

Dealing with the company went well enough. They came out to my house and inspected the trees while I was at work. After that we discussed price over the phone, and I agreed. From there a date was set, and the job was performed while I was at work. My wife was at home, and was able to see what the workers did, without going outside (as she wasn't feeling well at the time). They did trim the trees, but only did about 50% of what I thought needed to be done. To be fair, they did haul away the branches so I wouldn't have to deal with piles of branches in my front yard. I ended up calling up the main person who runs the company, and expressed some disappointment in the lack of trimming that was performed. He then proceeded to explain to me as the "tree expert" that you don't want to cut too much. However, everyone of my neighbors have had their trees very nicely for less than half what Arbor charged me. In fact my neighbors were stunned when they found how much I was charged, and how little was performed. My wife who watched the work, keeps reminding me how little they did, and charged me so much. In continuing my conversation with the owner, he said something to the effect "Okay, if you think it needs to be trimmed more, then I guess we'll have come out there and take a look at it - but I don't advise this as you'll damage your trees". I just said to forget it, as I didn't want to deal with the situation anymore. He closed by saying that I would be good to go for another two years... After two years, my trees are now way overgrown, and have huge lower branches that should have been taken off back when Arbor came out. I was almost going to have someone else come out last year, but after spending over $550 in less than a year, I just couldn't justify it at the time. Overall, I'm disappointed with this company, and personally would not use them again.

I contacted Arbor Care to provide an estimate for a tree I was concerned about. They came out and inspected the tree at the agreed time. They told me the tree was fine and did not need any treatment. I was rather in shock because most companies will still try to sell you "preventative" maintenance. And they did not charge to inspect the tree. I will DEFINITELY use Arbors Care for all future tree service.

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. They took my information and told me a certified arborist named Craig will call to schedule an appointment. I never received a call from Craig or anyone else at the office. I called again a week later to try again. I told them I had called the week prior and had not received a response. They took my info again and told me Craig will be calling. Again, I never received a call. Either messages don't get to Craig or he doesn't know how to dial a phone.

They coordinated with the plumbing company because there were roots growing new the sewer line that had to be rerouted. We also later found out that they had fixed another issue that we hadn't been aware of, so that was a plus! We were very happy with them. We knew it was going to be expensive, but they had an arborist on staff, so they really knew what they were doing, and did a great job.

DID A GREAT JOB - CLEANED UP THEIR AREAS MORE THAN THEY HAD TO - VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE - WOULD DEFINITELY USE NEXT TIME

They fertilized all six trees in the front yard using a grid pattern. We lost one in 2013 and another showed the same loss of foliage last year. Arbor care was able to save the second afflicted tree. They deep root fed/aerated the soi by injecting Ocean Harvest 4-2-3.

They did a good job. They cleaned up after and were on time.

Arbor Care was very efficient and thorough. They did cut one of our sprinkler lines but agreed to repair it without objection.

Everything went great. Although the work was preformed while I was at work, I came home to nicely trimmed trees and a clean front yard.

First Craig Graham, who quoted and supervised the project, did an excellent job. It was his assistants and their equipment that had issues. A ditchwitch was brought in to cut the path for the root barrier, that broke down and they had no tools to fix it. While I didn't mind lending my own tools it seems they should have been prepared with at least a small toolbox. Once Craig got to the jobsite things started to get done in a more timely fashion. But due to the issues with the equipment the project took an extra day. The next day the assistants showed up before Craig to lay the barrier, but they forgot to check the container the barrier came in before they left to come to my home. There was almost no barrier and Craig had to come to the rescue and bring another container, leading to another delay. Eventually the project was completed late in the day - I went to talk to Craig about paying and I was told they would just bill me. That was a nice touch. Craig is hardworking, honest and trustworthy. Despite some issues I am glad I chose Arbor Care for this project. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

They were on time for the estimate. Mike, the arborist, answered all of my questions and provided options. They willing rescheduled the job when we had a conflict during the holidays. The crew was professional and we are very pleased with the job. Some of the companies who offer pruning services in this area are not trained in proper pruning techniques. Arbor

Did an excellent job. Very nice to work with and very efficient. Craig actually showed me some things that needed to be done that I wasn't aware of, and then they did a few extra things that I added on the day they came. They were very quick, and left everything looking very nice. Id

Fantastic, have used them for years

I was out of town at the time of the service. The arborist called me ahead of time and arranged for the workers to get the job done even though I was not home. The company invoiced me as arranged. It was really very easy doing busy with this company, and I would use them again even though I think that I could get the job done for a little less.

Very well - no pressure and the prices seemed fair.
