Excellent work, all workers know precisely what to do, big on security. Workers tie themselves to neighboring tree before climbing tree to be cut. Good clean-up, workers rake area to leave clean.

My father never wanted his trees trimmed, so when I moved in to his house some needed work badly, especially with hurricane season approaching. I called Arbor Care on the recommendation of a friend who works for a nursery. A supervisor came out and walked the yard with me, giving me lots of good information about what I had and what could be done. He recommended work to 13 trees, from the trimming of two huge Oak trees to the removal of two overgrown bushes. They came and did the work about a week later, sooner than they had estimated, and while no one was at home. I was happy with most of the work, except that one of the removed bushes was not treated properly and keeps growing back, and also I had wanted more trimming done to branches that overhang my neighbors' yards. All debris was cleared away. The work was about $100 more than estimated.

I am very satisfied. My initial consultation was with a certified arborist (JT), who was very professional and knowledgeable. The area was left clean, after the pruning.

Ed came out and surveyed the tree and recommended a course of action. We had a quote for the work, which involved pruning the dead branches in the crown of this very big oak tree, within a few days. While Ed was at our home, he also gave us some recommendations for the trees in our backyard. We were having a pool constructed and were trying to minimize the trauma to these trees. Ed had some good suggestions. The crew that came and did the pruning on our large water oak worked quickly and efficiently.

The cost matched the estimate and I have a new respect for these old pecan trees. Mr. O Kean is knowledgeable, personable and cares about trees. I've already recommended Arbor Care to others. They're not cheap but my trees provide shade and lower my utility bills. The investment is well worth the cost.

I sent an e-mail and was contacted by phone by Ed Dolphin. He made an appointment, which he kept promptly. He provided a professional written estimate. The estimate didn't include grinding out the stump of one of the two trees, because he told me it was too close to the fence. Since the job required that the stump be ground out, we contacted another company.

Weve used this service several times and like their work. They really know what they are doing. They actually come several times a year to maintain our trees and make sure they are in good condition. They will trim them and do any work thats necessary to keep them looking good.

Arbor Care did a very good job with my trees. They were readily available. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. My trees look nice and I have gotten a lot of compliments on them. They were professional. I plan to use their services again in the future.

Arbor Care did an excellent job. We could plant grass over the spot in the spring, and they cleaned everything up well. Weve used them several times for other jobs as well and theyre quite reasonably priced. It was a lot of work and they did an excellent job.

I feel that Arbor Care did a fine job. Everything turned out to be perfect. The only thing is that I wish they had been a little bit cheaper. After I seen the outcome of the work, I would definitely consider them for rehire. The workers are very professional. They did not leave a mess at all. Timing was another thing that was great about them; they were right on time and not a minute to late.

They provided me with very good customer service. I think that they are very professional and know what they are doing. They took special precautions to not tear up the grass in my yard. They did bring out a chipper and a mulcher to take care of the branches and some stumps. They also did a very good job on trimming my oak tree in the front yard. They did a clean job.

I RECEIVED A CAREFUL WRITTEN ESTIMATE, BUT NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION BEYOND THAT INITIAL MEETING. THE WORK WAS DONE BY A CREW WHO WORKED WELL TOGETHER AND I AM PLEASED WITH THE FINAL OUTCOME. THEY CLEANED UP ALL AREAS. WHAT I DID NOT LIKE IS THAT THE COMMUNICATION WITH A COMPANY REP. WAS NON-EXISTENT ONCE I FAXED MY SIGNED CONTRACT. I FINALLY CALLED THEM TO SEE IF THEY HAD MY CONTRACT. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN I WAS ON THEIR SCHEDULE. IT TOOK ALMOST THREE WEEKS OF WAITING. WHEN THE CREW OF WORKERS ARRIVED, THERE WAS NO SUPERVISOR UNTIL I CALLED TO SAY I EXPECTED AN ARBORIST TO AT LEAST COME BY THE WORK SITE TO SEE THE WORK. FINALLY AT THE END AN ARBORIST DID SHOW UP. I EXPECTED BETTER COMMUNICATION AND SUPERVISION FROM THE COMPANY, SO ASK IF ANYONE WILL ACTUALLY SUPERVISE THE WORK.
