I do not have my own personal properties. I just manage the properties. The job they did went very well. I will use their services again in the future.

One morning, looking out my bedroom window, I was astonished how far a big approx. 50 yrs old Post Oak Tree was leaning suddenly, its branches resting on the roof of a garden house on my property. I called immediately Arbor Tree Care which I had used already twice in the past. J.T. came out the next day and said that the tree could fall any time. They rearranged their schedule and came out the next day at 8:00AM. right on time. 3 men went to work and 4.1/2 hours later the tree was gone and the yard cleaned up. J.T. estimated the amount of wood to be about 20,000 lbs. 3 days later another crew came with a big stump grinder and removed the stump. Like before they did an excellent job

I got a curbside estimate from Chris as they were doing a neighbors larger tree. I watched them do two jobs on my street before requesting a bid from them. I am happy with the price & the work. I will call them later for another tree in the back yard.

Very well. They are very professional and clean up after the work is done.

The services provided were done well. The estimator was a specialist and knew what should and should not be done with the trees. The company is professional and performed the services well. The only issue I have with Arbor care is their pricing.

Arrived on time, performed the task then left - no worries no hassles.

I am kind of frustrated with them. They suggested a whole bunch of other services so I said fine. I work and they did the work when I wasn't there which wasn't a problem, but what I wanted was for them to trim the trees away from the roof because we had a problem with animals getting on the roof and inside the house. They basically did everything except trimming the trees away from the roof. We had to call them back several times and finally I had to have my husband call them. They were slow to get back sometimes and it took a month of them coming back to finally trim the trees. When I initially saw the guy I was home so I pointed out exactly what I wanted done and told him I needed the tree trimmed off of the roof. The quality when they finally did it was an "A".

I had used their services in the past too. They do a very good job of cleaning up. They always send out an arborist ahead of time to talk to you about what they think you need. So they send out a professional who knows about the job. I feel that they are a little pricey. I would use their services in the future too.

I called Arbor Care and was told that Mr. Dolphin serviced my area of town but would not be back until the following week. I left a message and Mr. Dolphin did call back the next week. I indicated I would need someone to come out on a Saturday. He said "My weekends are reserved for family functions" or something to that effect. He did not offer an alternative. When I asked if anyone else in his company could help me, he asked where I lived, I told him and he said he'd see if one of his colleagues would be willing to help me. It has been 4 days and no one has called me back. Mr. Dolphin could simply have said "we don't provide services on weekends" and tried to work with me on a weekday appointment. Too bad, Arbor Care, you won't be getting my business.

They were very professional. I spent about $2000. It might have been cheaper someplace else but I felt that I got my money?s worth from them. It was well worth the extra money. I will consider using them in the future.

Arbor Care did an excellent job trimming and pruning our trees and palms. They completely cleared all the debris from our property, not just piling it up at the curb like so many others do. In addition, they explained proper are of our landscaping. The only issue I had was making initial contact with our assigned rep, who was on vacation the week we called to schedule service.

I thought he was very professional and knowledgeable, I think he knows his stuff. I think he is a little on the pricey side, I had another company quote me and they were less. He was more expensive by at least 10%. He was good from all aspects, just pricey.

They were good and professional. They seemed to do a good job.

They showed up on time and everything was fine.

I have had the same certified arborist assigned to my account for the past several years. I have confidence in his familiarity with health and/or needs of the many trees on my property.

Called the day prior to service, arrived when stated. Did not trim crepes correctly the first time and supervisor agreed - made sure the crew returned and trimmed appropriately. I was pleased that supervisor took care of the problem and the crepes now look great. Overall I'm very pleased with their work and will use again.

They were on time and finished the job really fast. They cleaned up and did a good job. They came back the next day to ground the stump. We thought it was going to be a while before they could come back, but the came back the next day and took care of that as well. I would use them again in future.

I used them for three years and thought they were very nice, although, it was really hard to get them to call me back. They were not very responsive that way. The one tree that was going to hit the house, they had checked it and said it was fine, however, the other company said it will come down which was actually true because the center of that tree was hollowed and it would have hit my house in the storm. They were nice and professional, but, I would not say that their opinion was very professional. I do not trust them anymore and would not use them again.

They were prompt and they had great availability.

The arborist came the day after my initial call to inspect the trees. I had concerns that the tree that was damaged due to the water main leak would have to be removed, but was told it would probably last another 5 to 10 years - he could have told me that it had to be removed. So I not only saved money but saved the tree for several more years. He told me the crew would be out in about 2 weeks to remove the dead limbs, and they were. I was called the day before they came to confirm the time. They arrive when expected and left no mess when they were through. I will definitely use them again.

I was debating on getting rid of a tree in my backyard. I called Arbor Care Inc and left a message. I received a phone call back within an hour, and got an appointment time for the Certified Arborist to come look and give me an estimate of cost for the tree removal. Mr. Dolphin arrived promptly on the specified day, gave me an exact quote. He also pointed out how the tree had been damaged in the recent storm. I decided at that time to have the tree removed. He gave me an estimate of when the crew would arrive. I was not at home when they came to remove the tree. It was done perfectly with all debris removed.

They did what they said they would do. This company does have a certified arborist. They came in the morning and I had to leave and when I returned the job was done. They did a good job of cleaning up. I have no complaints.

I called for an appointment to get an evaluation and estimate regarding tree care. They gave me the arborist's cell phone number to call to schedule the appointment. I left a message. Ed Dolphin returned my call and was able to see me that day, due to him being in the neighborhood. He gave me a range of time he would arrive (earliest and latest). He was 30 minutes early. I was most concerned about the water oak and crepe myrtle but also had him evaluate and give estimates on all the trees on our property. The more that is done at one time the better the price. So I asked for pricing estimates that both included everything Ed recommended and various options, so I could decide what was best needed and what we could afford. Ed explained all the options and what was needed. The information he provided allowed for a clear decision. A written estimate was given. Once we made our decision, I contacted Ed. He asked me to write an email to him stating exactly what I wanted referencing his written estimate. He then requested my email address so he could send all the proof of insurance documents. I received these both by email and mail. I've never had anyone offer proof of insurance without me asking for it. Ed explained that the work would be scheduled in about 11/2 weeks. He would call the afternoon before the day the work was to be done and schedule the time they would come. They did this. However, the day they were to do the work it was stormy. While it was obvious that the work couldn't be done as scheduled due to the weather, they did not call until later that afternoon. They apologized for not calling earlier and then rescheduled for the next day. The work crew arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. They were professional and pleasant. I was very happy with the work they did. What I appreciated most was that they were very comfortable in communicating with me and with me watching their work. They even asked my preferences when there were choices to be made rather than just doing what they felt was best. In other situations, I've had the work crew shows up they don't speak English and they are uncomfortable with you. This crew one person spoke some English and the other 2 didn't but all of them were very open to communicating. It was very obvious that they were well trained and very much like their jobs and liked working together as a team. They were very well informed about the work to be done and cleaned up very well. I received a billing statement in the mail about 11/2 weeks later. I plan to follow their recommendations for the other trees when I can.

Great. Couldn't have asked for anyone better.

He could have sold me a lot of stuff, but they looked at the trees and told me they looked healthy. They were certainly affordable. I will definitely call them back.
