 + -1 moreWE USE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL OUR HVAC WORK. THEY ARE USUALLY PUNCTUAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE. THIS TIME THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO COME OUT ON THE DAY WE CALLED DUE TO IT BEING A HOLIDAY.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY DOES ALL OUR AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING WORK. THEY REPLACED 1/2 HP 115 BLOWER MOTOR & CAPACITOR.

 + -1 moreI HAVE A 5 YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY AND THE CONDENSING COIL IS BAD. THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE THE CONTRACTOR, AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. THEY CONTACTED GOODMAN, AND THEY SAID THAT THEY COULDN'T REPLACE IT. THE COIL WAS WHITE WHEN IT WAS INSTALLED, I FOUND OUT LATER THAT THIS MEANT IT WAS OXIDIZING AND THIS IS A PROBLEM. I JUST WANT THEM TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.
Description of Work: REPLACED CONDENSING UNIT.
