Left a message - did not get a call back; tried again and mailbox is full

I called Mike and he came over within an hour. Mike did a fantastic job fixing the problem. I highly recommend him.

We called and sent texts several times, we spoke with someone but no one ever contacted us after our initial conversation - we are very disappointed

It went fine. Mike was able to show up the next day and although he wasn't able to fix it, you could tell that he cared about what he was doing and that he tried his best to make it work.

Mike recommended a display test for $80 in his text message but he would not respond to my text messages requesting a morning appointment for the test. I sent a follow up text but still no reply.

It did not go well. He only offered to pick it up to recycle it. The parts were worth something.

He responded within an hour and was polite and honest about what the repair would cost and offered to recycle the TV for us.

called to follow-up after not receiving a return contact. yalked a minute, said he would need to come out to diagnose. I replied ok, great. He then said he was busy and wanted me to csll back later. I told him to call me back when he was free. Waited 2 days...no callback. He basically blew me off...very unprofessional. Would not bother with this guy.

Mike was great. He was patient and went through possible problems. He started with the least costly, most conservative approach and we created a game plan for future if that didn't work. TV working great, and now have plan to address future issues. Very, very happy with the service.

The same mother board went out in February, 2017. Arabat sends it out for repair, which is less expensive than replacing it. Mike asked me if I still had the receipt from the 2017 repair. He sent a photocopy of my receipt and was able to get me a discount of the re-repair of the mother board this time around. Arabat is definitely my go to person when I need TV repair!

Excellent. He pre-ordered the part based on my explanation of the problem and the testing I had done. He notified me when the part came within 5 days and he came that day and fixed it in 30 minutes.

It went very well. Mike came out the same afternoon and diagnosed the problem. He is soft spoken, unassuming and very knowledgeable. Works quickly no BS. TV needed a part. Instead of ordering the part himself, getting it in and marking it up, he showed me where to order it and said to call him when it came in and he would install it. Sure enough the part came in about 4 days later and he came back the same day to install it. It did cost two service calls but the price was fair and the part was relatively inexpensive so everything worked out well. Mike is the owner and a very hard worker. I learned a lot about flat screen TV's, mostly why the price is coming down so much. If you have a TV that's a few years old that's cost you a $1000 or more, it is worth repairing. Smaller TV's that are under 50 inches are not worth it.

called Mike at 8:45 Tuesday morning and scheduled same-day appointment with a window window of 10 to 12 he calld 20 minutes prior to arrival at 11 made repair and was out the door shortly after noon. I will definitely use again for any future electronics repair

Excellent work, honest and very cheap price compared with Best Buy!

Repairman came to my house on a Sunday (not a normal working day) and stated I would see him between 2-4PM. He arrived exactly at 3PM (and phoned me ahead of time when he was coming). He explained that I had a weak picture tube and the red filter was almost gone. He stated that he couldn't make any promises but that he could do some voltage adjustments on the picture tube that might temporarily resolve the flickering problem. I understood this was a gamble from the beginning and was willing to take the risk. Replacing the TV is going to happen but will require a major effort (for reasons not pertinent to this evaluation) and up until now, the TV has performed flawlessly for well over 20 years. He removed the back cover of the TV and adjusted the voltages for the filters as much as he could, using a special type of screw driver. He stated the red filter was almost gone; however, screen is still displaying red colors acceptably. After he was done, the flickering had almost completely stopped. I was more than satisfied with his repair work and won't hesitate to use his services in the future.

Great! Mike showed up and put this issue to rest. Now we can move on to another TV that works.

Mike was great. He came out to my home at 8pm on a Saturday night to look at my plasma television. He only charged me $75 after doing an extensive examination. I could not have asked for anything more. I would definitely hire him again, no question.
