We originally had a Aquasana salt-less whole-house filter system but it didn’t provide any real benefit to our water as we still had hard water. After researching our options we decided to hire Aquasystems of Houston to install a water softener and I’m glad we did upfront pricing, professional staff, and a great product what more could you ask for.

I went to Angi to look for a company that installs and services water softeners. I was blown away by the number of positive comments about Aqua Systems. So much so, I had to contact to see if it was for real. IT WAS. I got initial information from Richard (owner of the company) on which system would be right for me. He then answered all of my questions. He scheduled Tim Hare to come out and do a site survey and answer any more questions I might have. This was NOT a sales call, just an exchange of information. I decided to proceed after it was determined my location was a good candidate for a system. My install was scheduled and Hector and his associate came out to do the installation. Their work was clean and the whole install process was very smooth. In fact Hector made some suggestions to make the install even cleaner. They did a great job. They ran me through some quick operational details. So far I am really happy with the system. I have soft water at last. I recommend them highly!

They were so patient with me and gave me honest opinions about where we should install our system. They weren’t just trying to get the sale, they were trying to get a happy customer!

We had a Smart Choice Gen II water conditioner installed about a week ago and to this point, we are extremely pleased with the experience. Richard and Tim are very customer focused and do not try to upsell or use high pressure, as so many others do. The installation was professional, and the techs did a thorough walk through of system after the installation.

We needed a new RO system as well as maintenance done on our current water softener system. Aqua Systems had sent over two technicians.. one headed into the house to install and the other to the garage to tend to the water softener. We were surprised by how quickly they finished. We will definitely contact them again for any future maintenance.

I chose AquaSystems after meeting 7 companies. They (Richard De Young, Tim Hare, and their installation crew) were professional to the core, have a tremendous amount of subject matter expertise, practice excellent business ethics, are super responsive, and last but not the least, have a fantastic product! Water hardness supplied by the city was having hardness a 8 GPG with over 2 ppm chlorine. After installation, I am now able to drink water directly from the faucets... have not seen any hard water scale in the showers... no rust rings in the toilet bowls... The process from start to finish went very well. I knew I wanted a whole house water softener and carbon filter. For me, I needed to find a company that would do a competent install, with a quality product and would stand behind their work for years to come. I looked at a couple other highly regarded companies (from Angies List) that would do a good job installing my home water system, but they did not offer the value that Aqua Systems does, in my opinion. Richard and his team, Tim, Chester and Isaac are seasoned and professional. The email system, no sales person approach allowed me to shop around and gather info without pressure. When I called with questions either Richard or Tim were there to pick up the phone. Chester and Isaac did a professional, clean, competent installation. The to/from main water softener lines were buried and any exposed lines that went to the system valve were insulated. Once installed, I checked the water pressure by turning on multiple showers and faucet. No pressure loss. It is only a few days installed but we can smell and feel the difference in our water. I had an incident with the kitchen faucet that I believed was unrelated to the install, but I mentioned it to Richard. He had Chester and Isaac come back later in the day to take a look anyway. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. Chester was able to improve the flow, but the only way to fix the problem is to rebuild the faucet or replace it. The quality install, long warranty, great price and a quality product that is made in the USA from a company, AquaSystems, that has been around a long time offers a fantastic value for those looking for a new home water softener and in my case a home carbon filter too.

I contacted Aqua Systems online regarding getting a water softener installed. I was contacted by Richard shortly after with everything I needed to know upfront on pricing and offering to do a 30 minute site survey to make sure they could install. I agreed to the site survey and Tim came out and tested the water and talked to my husband and me about installation. He was on time, very professional and answered all of our questions. We got our quote in less than 24 hours of TIm's visit and scheduled the install the following week. The day of the install, we got a call letting us know when they were on their way. The install went quickly and smoothly. We were very pleased with the quality of work, professionalism and punctuality of Aqua Systems!
