This company was professional all the way, were prompt for each scheduled appointment, and everyone was extremely polite and courteous. I just purchased a home with well and septic system, a first time experience for me. I knew the system was old, knew the water was leaving stains in the tubs and toilets, but really didn't know much else about it. Richard came out, inspected my system and explained to me how it worked. Then he talked about the options that required replacing the least amount of parts, and provided an estimate. One of the installers later came out to see if he could just refresh the materials in the mineral tank, but the stuff inside was ancient and stuck to the sides and I could see it was going to need a new tank. So we regrouped and Richard provided a new quote. The next installer came out and talked to me about what his process would be and how long it would take. Everything was performed as described, but it did spring a leak. So I called the installer back and he came out the next morning to fix the leak. Unfortunately a new leak resulted from the repair of the first one, so I called the installer back again, and he came back out right away, and now everything is working great. I did not pay more than the quote (about$1300 or so) despite all the repair trips that needed to be made. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

The appointment was great! The technician arrived at my home on time. He was very pleasant and patient with explaining the process of the inspection and answered lots of my questions. When my builder installed the water softener, there was very little training on how to operate the equipment. The tech gave great recommendations about the long term care of the system and regular maintenance. I found out that the company has a very affordable maintenance program with no contract. They simply call you every 6 months to ask if you require service to your system. I can't wait to recommend them to my neighbors.

Very courteous phone call, immediate response by email. Field person was very professional - he didnt even wanted to check my kitchen water when he came down for initial analysis and estimate. Very friendly people, once the installation is over he went over to different outside connections and couple of inside water taps and showed us how what the difference.

Excellent work by a very highly rated company. We began the search through Angie's list and liked what we read about this provider, and the reviews were spot on. We were contacted by the owner well in advance who set up appointments to have the crew stop by and pick the best place for the unit. They scheduled the install and were right on time, very professional in the install and went over the function and maintenance of the unit. Looking forward to improved water for the house. Definitely nice getting to work with a high quality company with very professional employees.

The product itself is awesome, it's doing what it's supposed to do but the very best thing about this company came out himself for the consultation. He's very straight forward and honest. There are no hidden costs or agendas. What you see is what you get. He was really good and we would recommend him. It was very refreshing to have Aqua Systems come over because we didn't have a good experience with the previous provider we had.

I highly recommend these people. We have been really pleased with the system and how it works and all that. The person that came out was the guy that runs the office. We already had a water system but we were a little bit unhappy with how it was operating. We weren't completely convinced that it was doing what it was supposed to be doing. This gentleman came out. He talked to us for a while. He then went in and ran a water test and he said, "I can't recommend a new water system because this is doing its job." But this seemed like a better system to us and we decided that we wanted to change. So we did. I thought the integrity of the person that came out and presented the case was excellent.

It was excellent. It was great. They were 10 minutes late. I had a good experience with them. So far, so good, everything was fine. The price was excellent as well compared to other competitors.

This is an awesome company with impeccable people, product, and service. I had the GE system installed into my new home in Katy in the spring of 2007. Every 6 months they come out to do routine maintenance and I don't every have to lift a finger - - I don't ever have to lift those awfully heavy bags of salt to fill my tank - - GE guys do it all for me. I have recommended this company to my neighbors and will continue to recommend to anyone thinking about getting a new system installed.

Richard was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He expected us to read about his systems on his website first, which we did. His website also listed pricing, so we knew what to expect. The installation went well and was scheduled at our convenience. Very professional and we wish we would have had our system put in a long time ago! Well worth the money! Our neighbor saw our system going in and called up Richard right away. Now they have the same system as well!

I previously had a water softener, and I tried to take care of it myself,and it didn't work for me, and they water softener died. I got their name off of Angie's List, and they were very highly rated, and they did a very good job. The owner is Richard DeYoung. I dealt with the owner, and their company, and services are all first rate. They come out twice a year, every 6 months. They make it hassle free for the customer. I have used them for 3 years now.

I found out about them through a neighbor but they are also on Angie's List. The name of our contact from the company is Richard De Young and he happens to be in my neighborhood. He did a good job and there was just a low pressure with him. He was very conscientious and he just gave me what I needed. He was just very professional. He did not show up and start pitching his business to me. He just showed up and did his job. I am thinking of having him do the maintenance on it as well because that way, it gets done.

Excellent service, professional staff, would suggest them in the future

A year ago we purchased a home with a Rain Soft water softener and we initially used the company who had been serving the unit with the previous owners. After the freeze we experienced this winter, we decided to AquaSystems of Houston to inspect and do maintenance, based on reviews on Angie's List. Chester was the tech who worked with us. He did a very straightforward review of the system and told us how to do simple maintenance ourselves. (The previous service company had told us there was nothing the homeowner should attempt to do on our own.) Chester explained that the system should last for years with proper service. (The previous company had used "scare tactics" in an effort to convince us that we should consider replacing our 4-year-old unit.) Altogether, outstanding service by AquaSystems.

Richard was prompt and provide the information needed to make a decision. The project was completed as promised, the crew was outstanding.
