We are impressed with all facets of the service provided! Called the owner on 4/5/16 and explained the water softener had come with our home when we purchased it. He explained what their technicians do and referred me to Susan in the office. She was professional and was able to squeeze us in for the following afternoon. Chester, the technician, arrived on time, explained everything to us so we would understand it, answered all of our questions, tested the water hardness and chemical composition, and then added salt. We purchased extra salt above the coupon price and felt the pricing was very fair. He was gone within an hour and now we have soft water again! We are happy to provide a reference for AquaSystems of Houston and will use them as our water softener provider the next time we need service. Thank you!

Owner contacted me immediately after purchasing on Angie's List and set up appointments for a site survey and installation. Technician arrived on time and completed the work in about 3hrs. Installed the new water line above the pipe that feeds the sprinkler system so that the sprinklers do not use up the softened water. He made sure installation was done thoroughly and answered all my questions. After install I was able to purge the entire system inside the house (including water heaters) of the old hard water, and was able to tell a difference in water quality immediately. It was a good feeling to clean the calcium from the faucets and fixtures with CLR knowing that issue was a thing of the past.

Installation of RO system ... on time and professional. This has been a while ... I also used their service for regular maintenance. No issues at all. Very well run company.

2 techs came to house to inspect & did minor repairs to our water softener system. They were very knowledgeable & very friendly. Got system up & running. Would use them again. Highly recommended.

AquaSystem deserves an A+! We moved into a new house and decided to install a water softening system to improve "life quality". After some research and comparing with other vendors, we decided to go with AquaSystem of Houston due to the good review and reasonable pricing. We had the whole system installed and running one week from the initial contact with the vendor. The whole installation process was more complicated than I expected because the main valve of our house was missing. It took the installer (Luis) quite some time and great efforts to find it and verify it. He did the diagnosis in the right order and took the time to set things right. The installer was very professional and courteous, not complaining the extra work and inconvenience at all. I was very impressed! There was a small issue with one of the faucets after the water system installation. I emailed to Richard and he responded me during the weekend and sent a plumber to fix it on Monday immediately. The reconfiguration of the water main line introduced some sediment in the water line and one of the faucets got blocked. Again the plumber identified the issue correctly and solved the problem. AquaSystem really has superior customer service. I highly recommend it!

From the first contact to the install - the team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We had just moved from a home we had lived in for 11 years that had a great water softener system to new construction with no softener or filtration. My skin was dry and itchy and my hair was getting dry and brittle within a month of moving in. I decided I'd had enough and looked at Angie's List for a top rated provider. Boy, does AquaSystems deserve their rating! They are a top notch organization that responds quickly, answers all of your questions thoroughly, and offers the best pricing. Within a day of inquiring about one of their packages, the president was at my house to do an initial visit and discuss some of our concerns. Two days later, I had a water softener installed and my skin and hair are already thanking me. Thanks for the great service AquaSytems!

These guys are absolutely awesome! My house is about 10 years old. The company that installed the system when we built our house went out of business and maintenance was picked up by Dupure. They would routinely come out and charge us about $500 for new filters. I thought I was having an issue with the water softener system and called them out. When the guy showed up, he examined the system and said the resin was bad and he could fix for just over $2,000 but it would be best to just replace the whole system for just over $4,000. Since I was not there, I told my wife to tell him we would get back with them. I called Richard at AquaSystems and asked him if they would come out, since this sounded really strange to me and if you look at other Dupure reviews on Angies List, this same story appears to be the norm with them. Richard agreed to come out personally and examine our system. Over a period of just a few days, they replaced the drinking water system so we no longer have to pay $500 every time it needs new filters and he also tested our water softener system and told us it was absolutely fine......it just needed a new salt reservoir. Total cost with new drinking water system about $650 vs. $2,000 to $4,000 quoted by Dupure. It is a shame these days that you are pleasantly surprised when you actually find an honest company that wants to do the right thing rather than try to rip people off for personal gain. Richard and AquaSystems of Houston have my highest recommendation. I would recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to do business with them again.

Technician was on time. They inspected the water softner and refilled the salt. They performed tests on hardness and chemical composition. They did not try to up sell anything. Overall good experience.

There was a mix up on the scheduled time, but once the service person (Chester) arrived I was completely pleased with the resulting service. After being told by another vendor - Dupure - that I needed a new main valve and to replace the resin on the water softener, estimated cost $1500+,, the Aqua Systems serviceman told me that neither was bad. He cleared a small blocked tube AND fixed a leak in the reverse osmosis system (that Dupure said they couldn't fix) for $79. Both systems are working perfectly now, and it took him no longer than 45 minutes to take care of both problems. Chester was personable and professional, and showed me what he had done to fix both systems. Later, the president, Richard, called me to apologize for the mixup in scheduling, and to see if the work was performed properly. What a difference from Dupure! This is a great, ethical company, and I will not call Dupure or another company again. I am so glad that I found them on Angie's List!

Tech was on time and very respectful to my wife. All services were explained and performed as expected. Price was much less than we would have thought.

We were experiencing low volume from our water softener. Aqua systems tested the output and said the volume in and out was essentially the same. The problem persisted, and Pickett had to replace the resin unit. The flow is now great and the water is very soft. I guess $39 is too much for 2 $5 bags of salt, but we've overpaid much more to others.

Service went seamlessly. Richard showed up on Friday 4/17/15 to inspect our home and make recommendations about the unit. Richard is very enthusiastic and explains every detail. He says what he means, and means what he says. His prices were very reasonable and I asked for installation as soon as possible. I got the following Tuesday 4/21/15 for installation. His tech Chester showed up on time and was very courteous and did the job very efficiently. I referred Richard's company to a friend for his family's home. Water is very soft and the drinking water tastes like water (without any taste, as should be). Richard worked very hard for my business and I felt like an appreciated customer.

I purchased the $39 special for my 10+ year old Kenmore water softener unit. I must say that I was more than satisfied. The service was excellent and Jessie did not try to upsell me. He was very professional and I plan to use them annually.

I contacted Richard early in the week and he visited my house on a Friday, which was the first date that fit both of our schedules, to evaulate our needs for a water softner and filtration system. He was very professional when he outlined what was best for our situation and made sure that I understood the options available from AquaSystems. I appreciate the fact that there were no high pressure sales tactics and felt encourage to investigate other alternatives for water treatment although I had already looked into other options. I told him that I wanted to pursue his recommendation for a system while he was still at our house and he was able to have a technician at our house on the following Monday to install the system. The installation when very smoothly and we are pleased with the system installed.

I purchased a big deal on Angie's List for a whole house water softener system to replace our current, broken unit. AquaSystems contacted me almost immediately to schedule and emailed me confirmation of everything we spoke about. The day of install, the technician, Chester, came on time and worked efficiently. He gave me notice before having to shut the water off briefly and explained the unit, maintenance and warranties in full. Would highly recommend.

We love our water now! If I would've known how easy and cost effective it would be to get the R/O system and whole house filtration installed, we would have done this a long time ago. We chose AquaSystems over the other competitor because I feel the level of customer service we will receive from them through the maintenance phase out shines what was offered to us from the other bidder.

I should have written an initial review when I had the whole house system installed at my home six months ago, because Richard and his team are amazing, friendly, and very easy to work with. Richard made a home visit and went over every detail of the system, and answered numerous questions that my husband and I had. The installation process went very smoothly and we love the quality of our water. Having the maintenance check-up was what prompted me to write this review. Everyone we have come in contact with when dealing with this company has been very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the product.
