Not only did he relocate the water softener as requested, but he also installed isolation valves to the softener lines as well as an isolation valve to the whole house, as the one originally in place was leaking by. He also dug a trench to run the drainage line all the way out to the sidewalk so the backflushing wouldn't kill the grass with salt. The next day, a crack had formed in a 90 degree pipe. He was out of town, but drove back 5 hours to repair the piping. This is a man who takes pride in his work.

Had Aqua Systems install a water softener and city water filter. Unlike many of the other companies, there were no high pressure sales, no requirement for my wife to be home to try and scare us into ordering right away, and the price could not be beat. The install was quick and painless and the water quality has been fantastic. I actually asked about ordering the higher grain softner thinking it would be better and they talked me back down to the regular model saying it was all I needed and the higher grain models would be a waste of money based on my useage.

Recently purchased a water softener with Aqua Systems and it was a pleasure working with Tim and Richard. They both answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable with the system I purchased. Very professional and considerate group of guys. On the day of the install Chester showed up before time and was very professional and walked me through the set up process and how the softener worked. I was treated like family!! Would recommend to family and friends...

Unlike the other big guys in Houston, this company had no requirement that my wife be with me for the sales pitch. In fact, I didn't even need to be home when they came to survey my property for installation. It was no pressure, easy, quality, and professional. I got the same kind of system my friends have who had to endure the high pressure sales techniques, and I paid less than half they did. I would recommend AquaSystems to anyone(and often do).

Very responsive to queries. Came by to test water and then recommend the best system for our water. Installed new system the following week. Installation was professional and well done.

The install went perfectly and the installer was professional and timely. I did have a problem the next week with the RO / dishwasher connection. It was fixed within an hour of me letting Richard know. I was so pleased with not only how quickly Richard responded to my email, but also how quickly Chester was able to complete the repair. He was courteous, professional, explained what happened and fixed it very promptly.

They come out after 6 months to service it. I think they had the best price. I like what they had to say when they came to come to us. I think they had the best price and presentation. They put it in the garage. It took maybe an hour. There was one worker.

They arrived on time and after checking the system called me immediately to warn me of a potential blowout from a cracked valve. Easy to order and schedule install. Did not try to sell is something we did not need and did not take up hours of our time demonstrating as other companies do. Luis Lopez was very professional and installed as promised even though he has to run extra lines to install in the location I requested. Great job!!

The person arrived on time. He talked to me about what services he would provide and they correctly represented my understanding of the Deal I had purchased. My system had not been engaged in three years. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He went about his business with little wasted time or effort. He indicated there were no problems with my system short of turning the water on and back flushing the system. I had fully loaded the system with salt (not knowing it was not engaged) when we bought the house. He added another bag of salt just to be sure I had enough. He instructed me on what to expect in the future from the system and asked if I had any questions he could answer. Based on his knowledge and the fact that he "found nothing that needed fixing" I will certainly use him again next year when it is time for my Spring equipment inspections.

I looked at three providers, all on Angie's list. The first was a somewhat high pressure sales person on commission, with the most expensive system. The salesperson was visibly unhappy with my decision to look elsewhere. The second was a good vendor, but the owner was quite elderly and I was concerned that there would be issues down the road should he retire. I went with AquaSystems. I will tell you that I studied the systems in depth, and asked the owner a lot of questions via email, in fact, it took a solid week of back and forth before I was sold. I am happy to say the system performs perfectly, the service spectacular, and the owner extremely patient with me throughout the process, never trying to oversell and always trying to educate. I only wish I could find vendors like this in other areas of construction and home repair. If you're looking for a good water system and a fair price with an excellent vendor.....use AquaSystems. Great service and they arrive on time

Luis was my technician and he was incredibly informative and helpful. He taught me about the system (because I was curious to learn), and identified a clog in a valve that was causing my system to malfunction. Based on previous experiences with contractors I thought this meant id have to replace a component, but he quickly fixed it and brought my system back online. He was honest, friendly and I hope to work with him again in the future. It's experiences like this that establish loyalty to a company and I'll be contacting them again for my future needs!
