Description of Work: Installed whole home water softener with carbon filtration. They explained the system very well and did not try to up-sell compared to the needs of the water for our home. This is a point of entry softener and high catalytic carbon filter system all in one and costs only $1899.00! A tremendous value when one considers you drink water at every faucet in the home and eliminate buying refrigerator and other kinds of filters. It is the number one sold system in the Houston area!

Description of Work: Everything went well; the original install was unfortunately piped before the sprinkler system, so we were softening our sprinkler water. Richard had his team return, redo the install (at no cost) and everything was done professionally. The installers were professional and responsive, looking to do the right thing in all cases.

Typically irrigation lines "T" shortly off the meter so we intersect/loop the main water line after the irrigation "T". We found the "T" but believe now it was a dead end line. This was confirmed by Aqua Systems internal system meter, it showed water usage upon turning on the irrigation system. We made some plumbing line adjustments and all is good. We appreciate you Michael for your patience and ultimately for your understanding that at the end of the day we will make it right and our customers happy. Please continue to Love Your Water!

Description of Work: From the first call to Mr. De Young with AquaSystems I could tell this was a company I wanted to do business with. He never seemed annoyed by my gazillion questions. Mr. De Young emailed me informational material and followed up to see if I had any questions. When we met in person, he was on time and so personable! I purchased the system and the installation went smooth. I have high expectations to a fault and thought maybe I was going to get a follow up call to see how things were going after the install but did not. The system works as promised, my skin is happy and I am sure my pipes are too. I would highly recommend to others.

When jobs are complicated or the customer has expressed some real concerns we always do a phone follow up. On easy and straight forward installs as [member name removed]'s was, we will not usually do a phone follow up, rather rely on our impeccable customer / installer service of 15 plus years to provide a perfect install. And based on [member name removed] giving us all individual A ratings we did it again. However, with that said, as the president of the company I wish I would have read [member name removed] better and given her a phone follow up as she was hoping for. We will be giving [member name removed] a call in 6 months from her installation to provide maintenance service.

Description of Work: They installed a water-softening system for my home over a year ago. The installation went fine and the unit has not had any problems. Their cost was much lower than the Culligan system. I have not notice a big difference in water hardness, although I assume my washer and dishwasher are happy. I have not gotten much scale on shower heads since it was installed.

Thanks for the great review (removed member name). This system was installed this system on 11-27-13 the first maintenance service was performed on 5-16-14 and the water tested 100% soft. That's what's great about our low cost, no contract, maintenance service. Besides doing a system inspection, and refilling the salt tank..the 4 documented water tests confirm the system is doing what the customer purchased it to do in the first place. Appreciate you as a customer Eric, and we will continue to keep in you 100% soft water. Thank you.

Description of Work: Aquasystems installed an under the sink water purification system for us. The technician arrived on time, was professional and efficient. The price for the unit was half of other quoted system of similar functionality and size. The price included drilling the granite on the counter and installing a matching spout. The water tastes excellent with zero hint of chlorine. So far we are very happy with the system.

With most of the RO membranes being a TFC (thin film composite) membrane with the micron rejection size of 0.0001 microns, the quality of water from one RO to the next is the same. With this said, we believe it is important to then make sure the consumer knows that buying a universal filtered RO system is best for them...the consumer. If the RO system uses a proprietary filter that is best for the dealer selling it. We sell and install a universal filtered system producing 50GPD of purified water.
