My tub from my 1940s era home was resurfaced onsite. The technician was very nice and punctual. The tub could not be removed offsite because it was attached to the surrounding old tile that I wanted to preserve. This company was recommended by a couple of very reliable bath remodeling stores in my neighborhood. The bottom line is that the tub did not cure completely. I can dig my fingernail into it and see a mark and it has been over 6 months now. There is a hair incased in the surface and the texture is one of smooth bumps. The technician did come out and volunteer to take care of minor problems such as the hair and a sharp point in the bottom, but short of a complete redo, there is nothing to be done about the softness and texture. The office personnel was not responsive.

The repair was done quickly and is virtually invisible. In fact, other unavoidable imperfections on the tub surface are more noticeable than his repair.

They did a great job with the support. They gave me a discount because my son could not bath safely.

My brand new Kohler Archer tub was dinged during installation. It had a significant indentation. The repair was perfect -- no evidence of damage and the color match was perfect.

Chip repaired our bath tub. After the builder installed it, but before we took possession of the house, the tub was damaged. The builder or contractor attempted to cover up the damages. However, after 3 years, the paint used to make the repairs began to peel off the tub. Chip was recommended by one of the workers for the builder. He arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue. The builder had used the wrong materials to make the repairs. Chip used the correct color and finishes. We cannot see the damaged spots any longer. Chip did a fantastic job!

The counter top had a few starches on it and I was wondering whether to replace it with granite or something else. Then I realized that I liked what I had and decided that I could just make it look better. The people from Aqua Surface Inc came in and I do not know exactly what the process was but, the scratches are gone and it has a satin finish now. It looks clean, nice and wonderful. They came on time and cleaned up. They were very customer orientated.
