Aptive Environmental

I learned about this company via Angie's list. Which is is pretty reputable in Houston. I was in talks with them and another company for service and when Aptive found out I was considering another company their sales person, named Brandon, decided to offer me a "better deal". In the end, I'd realize it really wasn't. Thing is, he never mentioned that the two-year contract had a penalty to get out of it nor the amount for the penality. When I mention this to managers, nothing was done about it. He also didn't mention that my quarterly contract would have 6 visits per year versus four. More miscommunication, still nothing done. On top of that I've had visits where a technician said they showed up and I was charged, however the technician never showed. This happened yesterday. I'm only staying with them so I don't have to pay the fee to get out of the contract, but when my time is up I will NEVER use them again and I won't be recommending them either. That being said some of the technician who actually showed were very nice and helpful. Just sad because I will have spent close to $1000 with a company who's business are questionable at best.

It was good. They were prompt, thorough, and friendly.
