This is the second job he's done for me, and both experiences were great. He's friendly, works quickly, and doesn't mind answering questions and giving advice when asked.

He was very good. He came right away with a helper. He did the job without a lot of fuss; he just did it. His prices were just fine, very reasonable. The quality of the work seems just fine. We haven't had any subsequent problems.

Our initial call was returned the same day. John's first opening was about a week out, and he arrived promptly on the day of the appointment. He was courteous and knew what he was doing.

This was a very good experience. John lives in this neighborhood and is very familiar with the old plumbing in these houses. He had to cut the sheet rock under the sink to replace all of the corroded pipe. I started replacing the bathroom faucet and supply lines while he was here, and ran into problems due to the old equipment. I gladly let him finish the job, which included having to drill into the lavatory sink. He came by later and left a note, and then called me the next morning because he wasn't 100% sure that he had tightened the supply lines in the bathroom sufficiently. I checked them and they were fine. Note that his price did not include the disposer, faucet, and supply lines, which I had already purchased. He supplied drain components for both jobs. I have used other plumbers work who charged nearly $250/hour for less work than John did in 3 hours for $290. I will definitely use him again.

Great! I called and left a message on voice mail. He called back within the hour. I told him it was not an emergency, that I had an outdoor leaky faucet. He was able to come the same day later in the afternoon. We set a preliminary time and he called when he was enroute. He fixed it in about 10 minutes and then looked for any other plumbing related issues that he could do since it was such a quick fix. He gave me a discount off of his normal rate ($90, for the first hour).

I called and left a message and was called back within 30 minutes. The problem was very minor and was resolved over the phone. I was very grateful as he could have come over, charged me and I wouldn't have known the difference. Will definitely use again!

He is absolutely the calmest, coolest man I have ever met. If you're rattled, he can get you through it. He has replaced water heaters for us and snaked drains for us. He has done everything. You call him and you get a message, and he will call you back within 30 minutes. He is my new best friend!

Approved Plumbing Company did a good job fixing my drain. They showed up in a company truck with all of the tools and equipment necessary to do the job right the first time. They seemed to be knowledgeable. I have had no problems since the work was done.
