Description of Work: I had a serviceman come out and look at our Samsung Refrigerator and was told that the icemaker needed to be replaced. He informed me that he had to order the part and will call the following day. I paid for a service call at that time. That was 4 weeks ago and still no call. Left messages and emailed.....no reply. I do not recommend this company.

 + -1 moreWe have a very expensive Jenn-Air refrigerator that developed a leak. It is 7 years old. We called this provider as they had done some work on our washing machine recently and we were pleased. The gentleman named Solomon came to our home and said that the Freon was over-charged in the system which was causing condensation and thus the leak. He removed some of the Freon for $200. Unfortunately the leak persisted. We called 5 different times and was told numerous times they come out to look at it again. He committed to coming several times and gave us specific times and never showed. On my last attempt to get them to come out he told me he would come out for $450 to fix the problem once and for all. Why he did not tell us that in the first place is perplexing to say the least and the fact that I had to call so many times and he no showed twice is unacceptable. I usually am very patient and understanding of people in the service industry, but I have now contacted my credit card company to revoke the charges and have to find another provider. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!
