 + -1 moreMy first experience with Mike was very positive. He came out on short notice and promptly fixed a problem holding up another craft. While his later work was still good, his responsiveness and punctuality have not been good. He is impossible to get on the phone and is usually late if he shows at all. Some of the excuses for his lateness or no-shows have not always added up. He is no longer my plumber of choice.
Description of Work: They did various small plumbing jobs recently.
