Apex A/C & Heating

Brian Jinkins arrived at our house at 9:15 AM, 20 minutes after we called. My mother had came to stay with me after a bout in the hospital with Asthma. Low and behold my AC went out the night before. As you can imagine I was horrified. After 25 minutes Mr. Jinkins had made a simple repair and all was well. The most important thing about this visit happened ten minutes after the repair. Mr. Jinkins mother in law has Asthma as well and he recommended a new hypoallerginic filter. After purchasing the filter I called Mr Jinkins and he came by and installed the filter at no cost to me. Thats what I call going the extra mile! I would definately use him again and would refer him to everyone. BTW my mother lives about 100 miles away from me. We have also installed the new filter in her home and she also would recommend this young man to anyone who needs a service tech.

He came out around 9:15 about 20 minutes after the initial call. After a brief diagnostic check he found the problem. My mom had just come home from the hospital the night before (she has asthma and allergies) and I was horrified that the AC had gone out. His mother-in-law had asthma as well and told me I should go buy a hypo-allergenic filter. His regard to my mother sold him for us. Later I called him to see if I had bought the right filter and he came back to the house and put in the new filter for me at no charge. We also replaced the filter in my mom?s house; she hasn?t had an attack since. We would recommend this man to anyone! If you need a service technician who?s not out to take your dollars and who will give you quality service, this company is for you. Talk about going the extra mile!
