 + -1 moreIn preparation for selling our house, Mr. Rojas (Martin) was recommended by our Realtor. He returned my initial phone call the next day to set up a time to come the house and give us a quote. He was able to start very soon after that as he was finishing up another job. Martin was prompt - starting at 8:00 a. m. each morning. He usually has another painter with him, but he was not able to assist due to an injury, so Martin did all of the painting himself. The first day, Martin painted the master bedroom and kitchen. He came back a second morning to paint the guest bedroom. Martin's work was excellent and he was very personable. I would definitely call on him again for interior painting. Too bad we are moving.
Description of Work: Painted our master bedroom, guest bedroom and kitchen.

 + 2 moreI am completely satisfied with everything he has done for me. As I come across things I want to do in my new house, I will always call him first.
Description of Work: I first called Martin to paint the inside of my house in Dec 2010. He did a fantastic job, painting by hand rather than spraying. I have since used him for numerous projects while I was in the process of selling that house. Since moving to my new house, I have had him hang light fixtures, curtain rods and several misc. items I needed done. He is now in the process of building cabinets in my garage and, when that job is finished, he will be building a cover for my patio. I trust him completely, giving him a key to access my home while he is working without reservation. This is priceless for a woman living alone.
